I told him upfront I was working with a broker who already secured a strong discount off MSRP--and I specifically told him not to waste my time unless they could truly beat it. He responded saying they could "probably beat it and even give me an extra $1,000 off." This is now the third time in a row they've made that claim. Each time, I send the deal, and each time they come back with excuses and an offer that's actually worse than what I already have--whether from a broker or even another BMW dealership nearby. What made this even more frustrating is the constant push to "come in." It feels like a tactic to reset the conversation rather than provide a real, competitive number. I made it clear I was ready to move forward based on numbers, not a showroom visit. I was genuinely upset with how this was handled and told them I would be leaving a review. Instead of addressing the situation, I was told not to leave one--which says a lot. At this point, I will not be doing business with Paul Miller BMW again--neither sales nor service. I'm a relationship-driven customer, and after multiple purchases, it's clear there's no loyalty here. Every interaction feels like a game. If you're considering them, do yourself a favor and shop other dealerships and brokers first. You'll likely get a better deal--and a much more straightforward experience. Specially if you are a repeat customer! The sad thing is I remember this exact experience from the last time and wasn't even going to reach out to them to purchase this car.     RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! first of all Josh L one…read moreof the company's newest sales rep was a great person to deal with. very attentive, always available to speak even on his days off and later into the evening. I almost purchased a pre owned MC20 '22 white after several weeks of contemplating . a beautiful car and was being sold with a 2 YR Certified. I put a 2K deposit. Originally the dealership wanted a 10k NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. that was not going to happen Things went even more SOUTH once his manager Antonella M got involved. I signed the purchase agreement and asked Antonella for a copy of the CPO inspection that they did on this vehile. First she questioned why? then made it seem like I was bothering her. she finally supplied the report and I notice thier was a RAM Goodwill atatched per a previous owner issue, I asked what the issue was and again made it difficult. finally I got it and found out this vehicle have a complaint of a coolant leak and had to be flatbeaded. In the meantime she called my insurance on my trade and forced my rep to add insurance on a car that I was not going to purchase anymore due to the issues. Antonella may be a great "sales person" but I found her to be extremely abrasive, pushy, condescending, and overall unprofessional. In my opinion she can benefit from some people skills. This is one reason that car sales people general get a bad rap. The worst part is that she made it difficult to refund my deposit. She claimed that only Josh could process the refund. I called, texted, emailed both Josh and Antonella to refund my deposit. It seemed she was avoiding my calls and text to the point that I called the dealership asking for her and/or Josh and gave them a false Name so that they would not know it was me. Again stupid games. Finally after serveral days, I finally was able to speak to Josh and told him that I would be intouch with The State Atorney General if they do not refund my deposit. I also told him that I would not be hanging up till he texted me a copy of reciept showing refund. He finally did. The Moral of this Story....Be aware of this Dealership!!!!!! Shady tastics, games, lies, Abrasive, overall a dreadful expierience. Mostly because of Antonella M. I wish her many sales and success but I also wish her next customer LOTS OF LUCK!
