if you're in operations or accounting...and considering working for them...i wouldn't recommend…read moreworking for john he has gone through several accountants and has no control over his books except payroll. I was tasked to help him get his books under control...and what a mess...and he withheld information that was necessary to in order to get the job done, like bank inf (he just switched banks) and was purposefully confusing which accounts to use...they had no close schedule and they were flying by the seat of their pants to stay current....not to mention didn't answer questions, and was purposefully evasive. He was expecting current operation and financial reports from shit data too...he gaslights his help as well and thinks he can just bully and control them covertly...bad experience with this guy...he is clueless on employee relations and accounting operations....

I recently had an incredible experience with Aaron Spencer and Ly at Lambert Marble and Tile. I…read morekept only two antique pieces from my parent's estate, one of which was a beautiful marble top dresser, which my parents had found at an estate sale over 60 years ago. They found it in a state of total disrepair, shoved in the corner of an old farmhouse at the edge of the Gettysburg battlefield. As a kid, I remember my folks being excited to find, what I thought was a piece of junk. My folks lovingly restored it and we moved it all around the country during our many moves as a military family. It even made the trip from Virginia to Alaska and back unscathed. After my folks passed, I had the piece professionally crated and shipped from Virginia to Seattle. I was sick to my stomach when I opened the crate to find the marble top broken completely in half. It had survived all those moves only to be damaged while in my care. I almost disposed of the piece, but decided to see if anyone could do a repair. I called Lambert off a Yelp search and spoke with Aaron, a manager at Lambert. He was very sympathetic to the sadness I was feeling and asked me to bring the piece by. Aaron examined it closely and consulted with one of his fabricators. They decided they could give it a try, even though the marble was brittle and completely split in half. They said they would also cut into the back side of the marble and install metal supporting rods to strengthen the piece. When Aaron let me know the repair was done and warned me it wasn't perfect, I wasn't surprised. Frankly, I expected to be disappointed. Wow!!!! Was I wrong. Aaron had Ly, one of his top sculptures and fabricators work on the marble. I was stunned by how beautiful it turned out. They even completely re-polished the entire top, so it shined like I'd never seen it before. The metal support rods on the back had been cut into the marble and secured with epoxy, which allowed the marble top to lay flat on top of the dresser. They crated it back up for me and loaded it gently in my car. My wife was blown away by how beautiful it looked. We were so careful pulling it out of the crate and setting it on the washstand, you would have thought we were handling nuclear fuel rods. I wish I had a before shot, but I've attached two after shots to share. There were also actual chips completely missing along the crack line which Ly had to fill with different colored expiry compounds to maintain the grain of the marble. He is a superb craftsman and Aaron helped me preserve my family's legacy and found memories of my folks lovingly toiling away restoring this piece 60 years ago. I thank you and I'm sure my folks are sending kind thoughts your way too.
