Given how erratic our weather is becoming, knowing we can utilize a second heat source is becoming more important. The pre-appointment communication was great. Email confirmation, text once Andrew was on his way. He arrived friendly, cheerful, and full of helpful advice for how to best use our stove. He did a thorough look all around the unit, explained each piece's function, and went to the roof to check the pipe. At every step of the way he took photos and brought them back down to show me. At the end of our quick visit, he didn't charge me, nor would he accept my offer to buy his lunch. Considering there was no actual cleaning necessary, that felt very generous and kind in this day and age. What a great company to allow their employees to use their judgement. Will certainly have them out again when an actual cleaning is necessary.

We are continually having issues with the water leaking into our basement, drain pipes installed by them was not working at all, I don't see a single drop of water coming out from the pipe. And now I tried to call him to come back to warranty his work which is stated on contract for 15 years. His phone cannot be connected. He blocked my number. BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. I will rated negative if I can give negative starts.

He doesnt have much help, he has no showroom, and seems to be a fly by night operation. You will notice his google reviews that he only seems to be able to do simple driveway or sidewalk project, nothing the size or complexity of our project. Ended up paying him for his time and some worthless drawing, just to get rid of him and avoid having him ruin our project. So glad i did not sign a contract with him, and will never do business with him again. I would avoid this company and Leon as well.

After our initial meeting with Ozzie and Christine, Designer, they knew right from the get-go that our project will need to go through the 3-6 month permitting process with the City of Seattle. They also let us know early on that a structural engineer, geotech, and site surveyor were needed and they would be handling the coordination process. We felt confident in signing the contract after our meeting since they were detailed in explaining the entire process to us from design conception, permitting, to construction. Christine came to us with fantastic designs, while making our challenging backyard as usable as possible with the large retaining wall. She listened to our needs, made design adjustments to fit our lifestyle, and also stopped us from making decisions that would not benefit us (very important!). She quickly turned around updated drawings and renderings and gave us great suggestions on where to shop for materials to create our desired look and feel for our backyard. Ozzie got us through permitting smoothly and we were ready to start construction! He and his team were amazing throughout the entire process. We encountered several material delays that were outside of anyone's control and he was very communicative on timelines while we waited for things to arrive.
