Email confirmation, text once Andrew was on his way. He arrived friendly, cheerful, and full of helpful advice for how to best use our stove. He did a thorough look all around the unit, explained each piece's function, and went to the roof to check the pipe. At every step of the way he took photos and brought them back down to show me. At the end of our quick visit, he didn't charge me, nor would he accept my offer to buy his lunch. Considering there was no actual cleaning necessary, that felt very generous and kind in this day and age. What a great company to allow their employees to use their judgement. Will certainly have them out again when an actual cleaning is necessary.

He apologized, sent the official inspection report via email, and issued a full refund. While this came too late for me to use, I appreciated that the company made things right and honored their hassle-free refund policy. For that reason, I've bumped my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Original review: Disappointed with my experience. I scheduled a chimney inspection with this company because my HOA required it for insurance purposes. The inspector, Danny, arrived late to the appointment window (10AM-12PM), only calling at 12:30 to say he was 15 minutes away. While he was friendly, the inspection itself took less than 10 minutes. It consisted of a quick look inside the chimney and then on the roof. He explained a major issue with the chase cover, gave me a verbal price estimate, and assured me I'd receive a written report with photos "within an hour." Instead, what I received about 30 minutes later was only a repair estimate. There were no photos, no inspection details, nothing I could submit to my HOA. When I followed up by phone and email, I was told "we'll look into it," but weeks later I still haven't received a report. The payment process also felt unprofessional. I was asked to enter my credit card into the inspector's cell phone, which did not feel secure. In the end, I paid for an inspection but only got a repair estimate. My HOA still required another company to perform their own inspection, so I had to pay twice. If you need an inspection report for insurance or HOA requirements, I would not recommend this company.

He doesnt have much help, he has no showroom, and seems to be a fly by night operation. You will notice his google reviews that he only seems to be able to do simple driveway or sidewalk project, nothing the size or complexity of our project. Ended up paying him for his time and some worthless drawing, just to get rid of him and avoid having him ruin our project. So glad i did not sign a contract with him, and will never do business with him again. I would avoid this company and Leon as well.

Karen convinced me that I was too old (70) and it would take too long to complete. Enter Liran and LevelUp Construction. They had great reviews, many photos/videos of completed work as well as a very good bid price. My experience has taught me that one of the keys to a good contractor is their ability to find and keep good subcontractors. Almost all of the subcontractors that worked on our remodel were top-notch. In any remodel, issues arise that complicate the work, especially those that involve more than one trade. We had several significant ones. We worked with Liran to insure that good decisions were made to resolve them including allowing me to work on the remodel to insure that the project wasn't unduly delayed. It is very important to Liran to make sure that his clients are happy. For example, we liked the LVT installation in our kitchen so much that we decided we wanted to replace carpet in a 'hub' area. Liran included the installation at no cost to us.
