They could have put a camera through the line instead. They also did not clean up the mess or put grass seed down. When I called I was told the they were insulted that I wanted a refund. Paid $1500 and then had to have another company come out and do it right. The second company only charged $500. Do not use this team for a septic inspection when selling a house. They wanted to come back and charge me $3000 more to "fix" a pipe that had no problems.

If it needs to be pumped he will make sure that there is nothing left in the tank and everything is back as it should be. It takes awhile to get an appointment but well worth the wait....

I saw that the concrete cap was leaking fluids which is obviously not what should be happening. The very next morning I called the first septic service company on my list which was Alpha Septic. I spoke with Nathan and he said he could be at my home within a few hours. He showed up as he said he would, and within 24 hours of my call, It was back to normal with a new pump, a replaced cracked pvc pipe, and a complete pump out of my septic tank.
