They paid little attention to actually working to address the carpet issues, and acted like they just wanted to get the job done as fast as they could, and not as good a job as they could. They did what they said they would do, clean the carpet. As far as being focused on doing as good a job as they could, not even close. If you have a newer carpet with no stains, this bunch will do. If you have an older carpet, and/or carpet stains, these people could care less and you might want to look elsewhere.

The refinisher I had hired to do my floors didn't work out, so I contacted him and he came right out to give me an estimate. They started work pretty quick, and were done in a shorter amount of time than the initial contractor had said. They did a great job! My floors are 18 years old and they now look new! During the process, he answered my texts promptly and addressed my questions and concerns. Would highly recommend!
