Juniors handyman service

(4 reviews)

April 8, 2024 Allen…read moredid a great job taking care of us. He was not only prompt and enjoyable to deal with; he has a great knowledge of what a handyman truly means. He was able to take care of what we needed done and was more than fair on his price. We will definitely use him again in the future. Not only did he do a good job, but he called back several days later to make sure that everything was working fine and that we were pleased with his job. NOW that is what I call "great service." He goes by "AJW Handyman Services" now. 1-336-471-1218.

I asked about gutter covers and was told the kind they use would not allow pine needles to penetrate. This week I had to hire someone to repair my gutter due to it pulling away from the house due to the weight of the pine needles that had accumulated in the gutters. I will need to replace the gutters Adkins put on 18 months ago due to the ineffectiveness of them and the lack of honesty about their function. I also at the same time told them of a large water leak in the basement due to what I believed was an underground pipe from the gutter. I called about the urgency of the need for the repair and was told they would return in a few days before a large expected storm. At 69 years of age I had to dig a 6 foot by 3 foot deep hole to repair it myself before my basement flooded from the coming rains. I will not trust this business ever again.

Their two-story, 4 bedroom 3 bath home was found it to be of excellent quality. After 30 years (yes, 30 years) the original kitchen cabinets are still sturdy and clinging tightly to the walls, the toilets all flush and only recently was it necessary to have a window sill replaced due to moisture.
