When the work began, Mr. Newcomb arrived with his crew - reviewed the project points and made the necessary introductions. From that point, the work moved quickly and ever so efficiently. They did not install the footing for the post as required by NC Deck Code. This company tried to put indoor boards on my deck roof ceiling and I told this company those boards were not going up on my deck ceiling. In the contract, he said I would get Number 1 deck boards and the only number 1 boards I received were the deck floorboards that I paid for myself. All the other boards were number 2. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their word means nothing. They did not guarantee their work with me. Get everything inspected. Get everything in writing down to the screws and nails to be used. JUST DON'T USE THIS COMPANY PERIOD.
