They showed and told me what was wrong, How the builder messed up and how to make it right. With a LIFETIME guarantee. Other than having to wait an extra day to let the concrete set, any delays were on my end. They worked feverishly putting inn so many hours to complete my shower. I highly recommend them! Plus it helps to be nice to the people you hire to do work. Im sure if you're a Karen, you get the same in return. I absolutely loved these guys!!!!!

The tile guy they used was not good...causing the project to be delayed with re-do's. He worked too many hours a day to get the project done, jeopardizing the quality of work. Nicole was frustrated with me but I wanted it to be done right! She became rude and actually blamed me for the screw-ups by not taking her suggestions. I wanted it done the way I wanted it. I'm sure this was a bad experience for me AND her but how she handled it was far less than professional! Advice... if you choose this company, deal with her husband, Mike, only! He's very professional.

I love my new kitchen! Celina was amazing and made this as stress-free as possible. This is not…read moremy first kitchen "re-do" but I am new to the area and was able to find a contractor who understood what I wanted. That is, a cost effective way to get new cabinets with granite countertops. I want to express the excellence in customer service at East Coast Granite. Celina ALWAYS returned my calls within a very reasonable time period, usually same day. I am not a designer so I needed help with colors and I had to make sure that what I chose would look good with what I was keeping from the old kitchen. Celina steered me in the right direction without being overbearing. Mistakes? No one is perfect, but the sign of an excellent contractor is how they handle mistakes. I picked a wrong sized sink. No problem! I returned it, and got help finding the correct sized sink. No problems getting a full refund on the spot. I've dealt with contractors in the recent past who would not do this. But not here. Celina wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy with the job they did. I am. Next project, my master bath. At least I don't have to look for the right people to help me with that!

They left us with NO counters/sink for weeks, a month into the job we still have no backsplash, and the install of the counters (once they finally got here) was absolutely horrendous, leaving scratches and dents in our cabinets and walls. It's been an absolute nightmare. They unfortunately did a terrible job on 2 of my other neighbor's jobs, and now my entire neighborhood is aware and refuses to work with them. I've never left a review in my life but I feel obligated in this case. Stay far, far away!

The ladies at DMG worked with me today to see if we could identify a granite remnant for a bathroom…read moreand/or kitchen countertop. They have a great selection of stone remnants in various sizes. We found 2 great possibilities. Their guys came out with the machinery needed to pull the slabs out into the sunlight so we could fully see them. One of the guys came back with a cloth and wiped them down. I thought that was really great of him to do that for us. Seeing both pieces together made the selection process easier. Since they didn't have a remnant I wanted for the kitchen they referred me to another supplier about a mile away who just sells the large slabs. However, I was thrilled to find a beautiful remnant as that is a great value and helps me stay on budget. I highly recommend Dynamic Marble and Granite.

I am so impressed with ProStone! I have been putting off getting new countertops for several years…read morefor fear of how complicated it might be. My house is 100 years old and I'm fully aware of the surprises that pop up when remodeling which can be really scary. Well let me just tell you, Ross and his team went above and beyond my expectations. Everything from start to finish was seamless and SO easy. The prices were extremely reasonable and the quote includes installation and drilling holes for the sink and faucet systems. The process took less than a week from getting the quote to installation. Ross is extremely responsive and has an open line of communication. His team showed up right on time, actually a little bit early and didn't leave any mess behind which was nice. I have already recommended ProStone to friends of mine and I would definitely use them again. I chose "white G" granite and I just really love how it turned out. My next project is the backsplash! (The lighting in one of the pictures makes the granite look a little yellow or beige but I promise its light, white and bright in person)
