I have an under-mount sink on granite in my kitchen, installed by previous owners. It decided to'…read moredis-mount' on one side with the sink about 4-5 inches below the counter top. I called Schneider Stone to see if they could help, at first it was going to be several days, but they called me back and said they had a crew that could do it that day. They came in, replaced the blocks by gluing and screwing them to the cabinet, and told me I wouldn't have to worry about the sink ever dropping again. They did a great job, didn't waste time, and the sink is in better condition now than it was before. Way to go Schneider Stone!

I had kitchen counter tops and a customized granite sink installed in September 2017. Prior to…read moreinstallation everything was 5 star. They had all the right answers. Install was done on schedule. After installation there has been zero response from the company. I have 3 places I think are minor and could be fixed or smoothed out but no one will come look at it. The back splash is 1/4" higher on one wall then the back wall where it makes its turn and is noticeable. Also the back splash is a 1/4" short on one side and not the other with a chip knocked out of it. I have called three times and been to the office twice. Keep telling me we will call you. In December was told too busy to come out until after new year, its now January 30 and still can't get a service call scheduled. Work is not that bad just need a little after the payment service.

A repair person recommended Amanzi, and I called and spoke with Corey. She was so nice and professional, and had an emailed estimate to me within an hour! She is so helpful and amazing! The next week, the Amanzi repairman came to replace the sink, and he arrived right on time, and did a wonderful job. This place is so refreshing as the customer service and work is so fast and professional! Highly recommend!
