When it came time for the cabinet install, David Freeman (owner US Cabinets Express) kept delaying with excuses; NEVER did any of the job; NEVER supplied any cabinets. Delayed the construction process 8 weeks. Still owes us our money back. Took him to civil court; he never should up. Not getting our money back. Check the courthouse records; he has several judgements against him and same thing is happening to others.

Only to get answers that make no sense or excuses for why the cabinets are not in yet. The cabinets are coming from Charlotte, NC how long can it take. Come to find out he owes money to several of the warehouses so he can't get his cabinets. after reading reviews on several platforms and speaking to people in the construction field that we are friends with we have found out all kinds of stuff. How is it legal and allowed to be in business when you are taking people's money and not suppling them their product. How does someone get in legal trouble and still have a business?? We paid 80% upfront because he stated that we had to since he was using some credit he still had from his cabinet mfg.

We called numerous cabinet companies and 1, only 1 offered to help us get it fixed. We needed to replace worn out slides. Stacy set out to help us determine which slide was needed and how to get it installed. To me it seems unbelievable that, other than Cabinet Concepts and Stacy, no one wanted to bother with our trivial drawer issue. Can you imagine trying to find the slide for 1 drawer when there are hundreds in use? I am so very appreciative of Stacy and this company for going above and beyond for a customer who didn't make the original purchase with them, but they still came through.
