Now remember, I just spent $30+k on these appliances and they want to now sale me junk that's been damaged and act like everything is square. This after we insist that they send a new one out. In the meantime, we are still without a range and await Jane's ruling on the matter. I always tell my kids, learn from others mistakes. Annette and Lynette were so very accommodating in the pro services area of helping me to get my product scheduled and loaded. There was also Tiffany who helped in many different areas. She was strategic in doing whatever was needed to complete the job with haste and a smile. These people worked so well together to give me a phenomenal experience. We were a bit overwhelmed by the selection to be honest, which is a good thing, we just need to narrow down what it is we want a little more maybe, and then try again. It's amazing how many options they offer for wall, floor, counters, and so much more. They have large displays of each product to give you a good idea of how a large area will look, but it was not always clear where the product was on the shelves for each display, and unfortunately finding an employee to assist is a big challenge. If you do find one, they will probably not know the answer, and just make one up. We asked one employee where a set of tiles were and they said they were discontinued, and no longer had any...but then we found a whole section of them an aisle over, very discouraging. In the end we bought a few options and have brought them home to see them in the space. They offer a 90 day return, so once we nail it down, we'll be able to return options we don't want, which is nice. We enjoyed the variety, selection and decent pricing, it's just the lack of helpful employees/staff that making shopping there less than perfect.

However, the products here seem to be of better quality. However quality need not equate to expensive. I would come here for sales and for styles that are not available in other stores.
