We decided to go by Floor and Decor and see if we could get some ideas. We were a bit overwhelmed by the selection to be honest, which is a good thing, we just need to narrow down what it is we want a little more maybe, and then try again. It's amazing how many options they offer for wall, floor, counters, and so much more. They have large displays of each product to give you a good idea of how a large area will look, but it was not always clear where the product was on the shelves for each display, and unfortunately finding an employee to assist is a big challenge. If you do find one, they will probably not know the answer, and just make one up. We asked one employee where a set of tiles were and they said they were discontinued, and no longer had any...but then we found a whole section of them an aisle over, very discouraging. In the end we bought a few options and have brought them home to see them in the space. They offer a 90 day return, so once we nail it down, we'll be able to return options we don't want, which is nice. We enjoyed the variety, selection and decent pricing, it's just the lack of helpful employees/staff that making shopping there less than perfect.

Install was done on schedule. After installation there has been zero response from the company. I have 3 places I think are minor and could be fixed or smoothed out but no one will come look at it. The back splash is 1/4" higher on one wall then the back wall where it makes its turn and is noticeable. Also the back splash is a 1/4" short on one side and not the other with a chip knocked out of it. I have called three times and been to the office twice. Keep telling me we will call you. In December was told too busy to come out until after new year, its now January 30 and still can't get a service call scheduled. Work is not that bad just need a little after the payment service.
