Our plumber Cody with Roto Rooter spoke with "Santana" after 5:00 PM yesterday 5/23/25 and ordered a control valve for our Bradford White gas water heater and was told by Santana that I could pick it up anytime after 8:00 AM today. I drove there just after 8:00 AM both doors locked with a sign indicating closed in observance of Memorial Day. Scott the plumber for Roto Rooter arrived there shortly after I did . He called Santana again leaving a voice mail followed by another Roto Rooter man who Scott told me he was the Lead Plumber who contacted someone with this store who told him he would contact someone to get the part from Will Call which after hours of waiting no call back,no appearance on location which is not only disrespectful, unprofessional and down right disgusting!! My wife suffers with a heart condition, diabetes and lymphodema which has literally crippled her which requires her to utilize a walker, cane or wheelchair which is really tough for a 81 year old woman who was a picture of health just under two years ago. I'm her husband for 36 years and her primary care provider at home and I'm a 76 year old man with bad vision in my left eye. Due to the seriousness of her health issues I don't leave her alone for more than one hour. I was at this store for almost four hours which is totally ridiculous and Scott from Roto Rooter can substantiate. I sent a text to Scott earlier this afternoon asking if he heard from Ferguson to which he said NO and apologized. I have been in business for 45 years as a C-Level Executive for major telecommunications companies in 43 states and 18 countries and NEVER failed to communicate with my clients following a commitment for anything NO EXCUSES, NO EXCEPTIONS and expect reciprocal treatment !!! Santana failed Ferguson Plumbing miserable and it cost Roto Rooter anx myself lost time which equates to lost money and horrific Inconvenience and discomfort for my wife of 36 years. In closing I located a after hours number of 800-217-9780 and briefly spoke to a rude ill informed lady whom interrupted me speaking to her three times in a few short minutes and told me she couldn't help once she heard me say my location was Greensboro, NC she said I called California and she only handles CA & TX. Install was done on schedule. After installation there has been zero response from the company. I have 3 places I think are minor and could be fixed or smoothed out but no one will come look at it. The back splash is 1/4" higher on one wall then the back wall where it makes its turn and is noticeable. Also the back splash is a 1/4" short on one side and not the other with a chip knocked out of it. I have called three times and been to the office twice. Keep telling me we will call you. In December was told too busy to come out until after new year, its now January 30 and still can't get a service call scheduled. Work is not that bad just need a little after the payment service.

She was strategic in doing whatever was needed to complete the job with haste and a smile. These people worked so well together to give me a phenomenal experience. We decided to go by Floor and Decor and see if we could get some ideas. We were a bit overwhelmed by the selection to be honest, which is a good thing, we just need to narrow down what it is we want a little more maybe, and then try again. It's amazing how many options they offer for wall, floor, counters, and so much more. They have large displays of each product to give you a good idea of how a large area will look, but it was not always clear where the product was on the shelves for each display, and unfortunately finding an employee to assist is a big challenge. If you do find one, they will probably not know the answer, and just make one up. We asked one employee where a set of tiles were and they said they were discontinued, and no longer had any...but then we found a whole section of them an aisle over, very discouraging. In the end we bought a few options and have brought them home to see them in the space. They offer a 90 day return, so once we nail it down, we'll be able to return options we don't want, which is nice. We enjoyed the variety, selection and decent pricing, it's just the lack of helpful employees/staff that making shopping there less than perfect.

We contacted LPI, sent pictures, and they even acknowledged it was made incorrectly but refused to do the right thing. They claimed it only has a 90 day warranty, which is utterly useless. But interestingly enough, i could spend $600 and buy a new cover from them, which is warrantied for 5 years, how does that work? They failed to provide good craftsmanship in their lids, which are $600 to replace, do you really want to trust them with a $10,000 spa investment???

They also don't charge for electrical cords, vents, and disposal of the old appliance etc. as many of the big stores do. They delivered my dryer the day after I bought it. The guys that delivered and set it up were very good, pleasant and efficient. The last time I bought an appliance from a big box store, the man who delivered it gave me a hard time because he had to switch the door of the washer from the right to the left which the store knew it needed to do. At F &H they did the same thing without the hassle. I have also used this store for years to repair my appliances which had not been purchased there. Excellent repair service.
