They even went as far as calling LG I don't know how many times in order to get the broken parts replaced under warranty from LG. Joy was very nice and always communicated with me and was very positive even though LG was terrible to work with, and clearly tried hard to get out of replacing the parts. Kevin came out and fixed the new parts in the fridge and took extra time in making sure everything worked - I even called him back because I was worried that he forgot to call me about payment. It turns out that he was just taking his time making sure everything worked properly :-o I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company.

He found the part and ordered it from a vendor in Charlotte and replaced it himself. I'm happy to report that the refrigerator has been running great ever since. Many friends/family have since reported similar experiences with repair people who suggest buying new vs repair. I understand their position because things are often not made to last. But it's an expensive option, so do some research. Again, Max was nice and did help us figure out what was needed.

I verified he wanted to replace the compressor and submitted a claim. A week went by and I didn't hear anything so I reached out for status update and was told he did not hear anything from LG. I again contacted LG and was told email was sent out the same day he diagnosed my problem. I have since left multiple voicemails and no response. It has now been over two weeks and my family is still without a fridge. If this company did not want to do the work I wish they would have stated that when asked in the first place. Funny how they can answer the phone or call back when you try to schedule a service call, but not after they take your money. Poor service and follow through! I would not recommend this business! UPDATE: The business did reach out and offered a solution to fix this miss. I already purchased a replacement appliance so no additional services were rendered. I do appreciate them at the very least reaching out to to try and make this right. Thank you for that. I will increase the rating for this reason.

Moreover, At Your Service stands behind their work: Shawn offered to come back out if the steam treatment he used didn't take care of the problem. In my experience, repair work gives you any two of professional, responsive, affordable, and competent, but At Your Service managed to check all of those boxes. I would not hesitate to use this company again for future appliance repairs.
