I verified he wanted to replace the compressor and submitted a claim. A week went by and I didn't hear anything so I reached out for status update and was told he did not hear anything from LG. I again contacted LG and was told email was sent out the same day he diagnosed my problem. I have since left multiple voicemails and no response. It has now been over two weeks and my family is still without a fridge. If this company did not want to do the work I wish they would have stated that when asked in the first place. Funny how they can answer the phone or call back when you try to schedule a service call, but not after they take your money. Poor service and follow through! I would not recommend this business! UPDATE: The business did reach out and offered a solution to fix this miss. I already purchased a replacement appliance so no additional services were rendered. I do appreciate them at the very least reaching out to to try and make this right. Thank you for that. I will increase the rating for this reason.

I was honestly expecting to have to order a part, but it wasn't necessary. I thought there might be a charge for new wire, but he was able to use what was left. He took the time to make sure the dryer heated properly informing me of what normal dryer temps are. He even made sure the timer worked properly (it stopped working when the dryer stopped getting hot) AND took the time to tell me to only turn the knob clockwise (guilty...I only use 1 dryer setting so when it's done, I usually turn it counter clockwise to start again). An honest, hardworking professional I highly recommend should you find yourself needing his services.
