As I drove up, I was pleased to see how clean the parking lot was and how beautifully the front garden with fall plants looked -- it really made the store feel inviting. Inside, it was familiar -- friendly staff in orange aprons were helping customers, and fall flowers along with Halloween decorations added a festive touch. I spotted an employee in appliances and happened to ask her about a washer and dryer set (not even on my list! Lol). We had a lovely 20-minute chat about options and prices, and I left feeling much more knowledgeable about their appliances, both in store and online. I think her name was Nicolatina, but I hope she forgives me if I got it wrong. Overall, my first visit was quite enjoyable. I almost forgot what I came for, but luckily I remembered to pick up my packing supplies. At the self-checkout, a sweet lady made the experience even better, and I walked out with a smile. Home Depot is a big store tailored for specific customers. It's not the most clutter-free place, which can be a bit overwhelming with so many unfamiliar things around. But what truly stands out is their incredible customer service, always having what I need, and knowing their stuff about home goods.
