I was near Weno, my son Jonah said lets got there. The person there was with a customer, we didn't buy from them but I needed help, were a contractor in the area working a contract. Second impression, second visit, they close at Noon on Saturday. I find this out as I return to pick up my item that I left at "first impression" and walk in at 11:50 to be told, "we're closing." I was only there to Pick up my item! Still couldn't help, as they "had to close" I work 8-6 Mon-Fri, so Saturday's are my only chance to get to this place because they're not open past 6:00, only now to find out they don't want you there even when there's still 10 min left for them to be open, hence you being an inconvenience to them. 3rd impression, I arrive early today, Saturday, well before noon, to only find a sign on the door saying they're Closed due to the 4th of July and won't open again until the 13th. I completely understand people have vacations, but how about you UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE, so customers like me don't have to drive that far only to find out they're closed from a piece of paper. Once I'm able to pick up my item, there won't be another impression. Sadly I was told by others this is how they operate with the attitude and no sense of urgency, but I ignored based on they're the one place around that apparently repair a certain brand. It's like they know this and operate that way. More than frustrated.

First to review and list this small local business that specializes in small engine repair and…read moremaintenance, mainly for lawnmowers of all types, weedeaters, blowers... really anything with a small gas powered engine. Basically, if it has anything to do with your powered lawn and garden equipment, they will work on it! They also have parts and used lawn equipment for sale as well. These guys do honest work for an honest rate. No frills, no real waiting room of any kind. Payment by cash or check only. You'll bring in your equipment, they'll write up a ticket for you and hand you a claim tag, and will call you when your repair or maintenance are complete. For me, the cable connecting my push mower "kill bar" and the engine throttle assembly snapped after a good 12 years of service, so not unexpected. This was a minor repair for them, and they already had what was needed to fix it in stock. I also hade them to do an air filter, oil change, and general tune-up, as well as sharpen the blade. They called me a couple days later, ready for pickup. Easy as it could be. I highly recommend this repair shop for all your small engine needs!
