I question these 5 star reviews as we have had subpar service and communication from this company. Beautiful showroom and lots of stone but sales staff not very helpful and definitely not good at communication with customer. In checking with other stone fabricators found them 20% more expensive than competitors. read more

Ivey Lane is wonderful to work with! I saw some work they had done for a large job. It was beautiful. I had a small job for an addition and I never felt like a small job. They were so helpful in choosing the stone, were dependable in scheduling the measurements, called and showed up exactly when they said and gave me a firm delivery date. They even worked with me to meet an accelerated delivery date at the last minute. The granite is gorgeous, perfectly installed and I couldn't be happier. My family is not sure if is would have been possible to be any more pleased with the quality, professionalism, and customer service from Ivey Lane!!! When we initially came to the showroom to work on the project details and inspect the granite slab, we were immediately greeted with courtesy and respect. It was unbelievable how polite and personable we were treated, especially in comparison with other companies we had worked with and gotten quotes on for this job. I have worked on several other kitchens and have never had a fabricator be so proactive and treat each customer with the utmost dignity and regard. At first I thought it was a smaller shop that couldn't meet all our specifications and needs, but once we started working with their design reps. it became apparent that they had more options to offer than even the big guys, and could customize things for the customer better due to not trying to assembly line everything so fast. But, hold up, they were still fast, indeed were able to schedule a window sooner than most and also go from start to finish soon quicker. They are also VERY FAIR ON PRICING and SCHEDULING FLEXIBILITY. Mmmm, so you might think that's just because they weren't busy. Well, upon our next visit to actually examine how the granite was to be cut (which not all fabricators even offer to let you see how they have marked things) they took us back to the shop area (safely and sensitively around the big machines) and it was clear that they had a lot of buzzing business going on with several projects being done at the time of our visit. But, they work as a team, and not only did the designer walk us through our setup, one of the fabricator technicians actually stopped what he was doing and came over to answer any questions we had. They were even willing to briefly show a child a couple of their large tools and mesmerize him with how they go about their expertise. But, another aspect that makes them really stand out is that we had been intrigued by a specialized cut that another shop had shown us, but then they reneged on their own product stating that they didn't have the guide to cut it. Ivey Lane had not seen it before, but was nice enough to take a look at the design and in just a few minutes, hand drew a replica for their technician and he said, sure, I can carve it like that, no problem! Now, that's innovative, adaptive, and super customer service all sandwiched together for one incredible package of product quality, timely delivery, and efficiency! And, did I mention the personnel are very charming as well, all the way to the part-time help to the owner himself! Those little things are really the big things when it comes to building trust and a good working rapport on a project that is not only an expensive investment, but something that is going to last a generation and you want to make sure it is done right. Well, Ivey Lane has more than proven that they get glowing stars on all those check-boxes and I will be recommending them to all my family members and friends, even those who aren't sure about their project yet or when they will pursue it. A conversation with the Ivey Lane is non-aggressive, relaxing, and inspiring. If nothing else they will give you sound ideas and lots of creative options to explore that will keep you busy making decisions on your own time table. They won't pressure you, but you may end of pressuring yourself to want to see a project with them come to fruition. The end result was quite evident before they even came on site with the product to do the installation. IT EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS which were already very high! The craftsmanship and attention to detail is impeccable! It actually makes the cut and polishing job of my other granite, as well as family members and friends, look so so in comparison. My family and colleagues who have now viewed the results of their passionate work think it just comes from treating each contract with extra care and attention, and one of their mottos - of treating each project like they were doing it for their own mother. I have never felt that comfortable and secure about a project of this scale and wished I had known about them before when working on other kitchen and bath construction/remodeling. It is amazing how they took the same slabs that others were going to use and did something so much more magnificent yet treated us so down to earth and respectfully! l have indeed been pleased with many other companies in the past doing various things for work and family, but Ivey Lane has placed themselves in an entirely different category! Ivey Ln just installed a beautiful marble countertop in one of our bathrooms. They made the whole process of choosing the stone and ordering it so easy. They sent a very friendly, efficient person to measure for the top. They then brought and installed the top a week later. All of their people were helpful and friendly. Their precision was the best because the countertop backsplash had to be cut to one and only size to fit the space. They did it !!! The installers were like family.
