If it needs to be pumped he will make sure that there is nothing left in the tank and everything is back as it should be. It takes awhile to get an appointment but well worth the wait....

Said their crud-busters would have to do that on a different day with a different fee. Complained the whole time and charged more than quoted. Water heater joint (PEX/Copper) began leaking Saturday night. I called this (Blacksburg) office…read more There was no answer, but you could leave a number for a call-back. I did this, and received a call within 30 minutes (from Danville). The scheduler said no one could come out that night, but the plumber would be out between 9 and 11 the next morning. As I had already shut off the water inlets and outlets, bled the pressure, and the pipe was no longer spraying water, this seemed reasonable. At 8:40 the next morning, I received a call from Danville again, telling me that their plumber was off on Sundays, so the soonest they could get out was Monday after 5 PM. I was expecting and prepared to pay after hours / Holiday weekend rates for emergency service when I needed it. I didn't get that. Do not advertise "24/7" service if you aren't able to offer anything even close to that. I did call the Blacksburg office (the number listed in this page) to confirm that they had no availability for today. Not impressed. I'll wait for my regular guy if I'm waiting.

Certainly much higher than what we paid in 2018 but, like everything else, everything has increased in price. The price was worth it. LAST - I'm confused. I made an appointment with Alpha Septic Service and today got a receipt saying Superior Septic Service. Even Justin's comment here under Alpha starts out with "Superior Septic Service...". Just a question about company names...Are the two names for the same company? Would just like clarification. Still - great service and really great guys. Highly recommend!

I saw that the concrete cap was leaking fluids which is obviously not what should be happening. The very next morning I called the first septic service company on my list which was Alpha Septic. I spoke with Nathan and he said he could be at my home within a few hours. He showed up as he said he would, and within 24 hours of my call, It was back to normal with a new pump, a replaced cracked pvc pipe, and a complete pump out of my septic tank. This is a family run professional company. Nathan and Justin are prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. There is no reason for me to use anyone else for septic issues. Alpha Septic service is the company to call for honest and reliable work at a very reasonable price. Thank you Nathan and Justin!

Talmadge Appliances provided the best service that I've ever had with an appliance repair company!…read more I called them today to check on my mother's GE dryer, which was less than 2 years old and completely stopped working. They said they would try to get out tomorrow to check it, but they showed up today after I told them that we needed service as soon as possible because my mom is disabled. I was so surprised and delighted!! I would advise not to buy a GE dryer despite the fact that it was highly rated in Consumer Reports. However, if you do have one or any other appliance in need of repair, I would definitely recommend Talmadge Appliances -- very friendly customer service, reasonably priced, reliable and trustworthy -- all of the qualities that are lacking in so many companies today.
