I can't say enough good things about them. Friendly, professional and very timely. The first time…read morethey came out and assessed the problem they knew they had to come back. I thought we'd have to wait...they came back the very next day and went above and beyond fixing our issues with old plumbing and a leak with our toilet. Just because I can compare...our contractor had a plumber do our work with a new water heater and the amount he charged was astronomical and he charged every time he came back because he not only took his sweet time coming back he charged a service fee which these guys did not. I felt for the amount of time and work these 2 guys put in it was by far a fair price! I HIGHLY recommend. Especially how courteous they were wearing foot covers and just very nice compared to our overly expensive rude plumber our contractor hired for us.

I cannot say enough about this company and the family that owns it. Not only are they professional…read moreand knowledgeable, did i mention hard working? They are also some of the most kind and genuine people that I have ever spoken to. I have not met them all in person but I am pretty sure I have at least spoken to everyone at least one time. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND what they even should. Do I recommend?-ABSOLUTELY. This is the ONLY company that I have hired in Hickory for anything, that has not only come through for me, but they did it when they were closed, when no one else would even try to help me and they are more than fair on pricing. I have used them twice now, once for my septic maintenance in which they COMMUNICATED and let me know when they were coming- I wasn't even home that day and they sent pictures and let me know everything that was going on, even though I did not understand, they took the time to explain and make sure everything was good to go before they left. The second time they came out was during the holidays, (while they were off) to handle an emergency that no one else would help me with, (except setting up appointments-taking my money and leaving me stuck.) Yes I recommend this company-big giant capital YES!!! Thank you to the team at Cool Park Pumping for your overall integrity and care for others.~~Total Class Act
