I can't speak to anyone else's experience, as this review is all my personal experience and opinion…read moreonly, as I know not everyone will have the same experience and I also know there are some solid techs at this company (I have personally dealth with them), but unfortunately I had a nightmare experience with mutiple bad apples in my opinion, and it unfortunately resulted in the end of my storied relationship with a plumber that I thought would be the last one I would ever need, but as they say if something seems too good to be true it usually is... I thought I had found a plumber for life, but my personal experience with Option One ended up with me feeling as though they exhibited failed ownership in addressing an issue caused by errors from their techs, lack of accountability with regard to said issue and becoming confrontational and argumentative when the issue was brought to their attention. Long story short, I had a plumbing blockage that resulted in my front yard needing to be dug up and new pipes being installed in the yard. Upon completion of the job, I experienced flooding in my yard and requested Option One to come out and address the issue. They tried to claim it was an irrigation issue not their problem, but after getting another Option One tech and a plumber from another company to come out, it was confirmed (via photos) that the flooding was due to Option One failing to connect the piping correctly. Instead of taking ownership and accountability for the issue, I was met with defensiveness, along with the above stated lack of ownership and accountability. At one point in the process I even had to ask one of the techs to leave my property because he had such a dismissive unprofessional attitude. I could go on and on but I have already wasted so much time on dealing with this issue that it isn't worth any more of my time. At the end of the day, I found another company to correct the failed work done by Option One and this company apologized on behalf of Option One, as this company felt bad that I had to go through such an ordeal, given that the plumbing industry is already viewed in a negative light by many, right up there with mechanics, car salesmen and attorneys by some. You can read my past reviews to see how much I praised this company in the past, which is why I was so disappointed by what in my personal option was a complete lack of accountability and ownership by multiple individuals across the Option One company. After giving this company multiple five star reviews over the years, I cannot recommend them to anyone anymore as the trust they gained over the years was lost in an instant and based on my personal experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone moving forward like I have done in the past.

I thought we'd have to wait...they came back the very next day and went above and beyond fixing our issues with old plumbing and a leak with our toilet. Just because I can compare...our contractor had a plumber do our work with a new water heater and the amount he charged was astronomical and he charged every time he came back because he not only took his sweet time coming back he charged a service fee which these guys did not. I felt for the amount of time and work these 2 guys put in it was by far a fair price! I HIGHLY recommend. Especially how courteous they were wearing foot covers and just very nice compared to our overly expensive rude plumber our contractor hired for us.

Hired this company to pump and inspect my septic tank. I have a very old house that I inherited and…read morewasn't entirely sure where the tank was, or what the condition of it would be once it was found. The two gentlemen who came out arrived exactly when they said they would and were exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional. They located the tank, dug it up, pumped it, and checked it out for me, all for the exact price I was quoted on the phone when I booked the appointment. I had heard horror stories of other companies that quote you one price and then keep tossing in additional fees and upsells along the way. I was so happy to see that this was not the case with Greenway Waste Solutions. I couldn't be happier and will most definitely be sticking with them for any and all septic needs in the future! Finding a good, dependable, and honest company can be so hard these days, but these folks are exactly that! If you're reading this and are looking for a good septic service company, this is the best one in the Charlotte area!

Earlier I was told by one of those same companies that it would cost around 5-6k. I was nearly swindled by these companies that say guys who get it done fast are not to be trusted; I was advised to wait 4-6 months for them to find time for me. Greenway waste solutions got back to me with their quote and I was more than impressed! THEY HAVE THEIR OWN PLUMBER! They saved me time and money while gaining my trust. Never work with a company that charges you per inch to dig. Never work with anyone who says they "don't serve your area" because let me tell you...they have been run out of the surrounding counties for scamming people. The first thing they say should not be "10K but we have financing - 12 months same as cash." They are seriously out here scamming people but the people who work at greenway are honest, hardworking people. They installed my brand new septic tank with risers for easy access within 3 weeks. Stopped by ahead of time to see the site, READ THE PAPERWORK I SUBMITTED, showed up on time, and finished the install the same day. I had the same contact throughout the entire job. They truly do great work. I am so thankful that there are people willing to take the time to do good business. Thank you greenway waste solutions!! I will call you when I need my new system pumped!

After I posted details of my electrical problem on Angi (Home Advisor), MT called me and said, "Free Estimate." I explained my problem on the phone (GFCI outlet I installed did not work) and asked what the typical cost would be. I was told they had to visit and see. But it was just a circuit breaker, which they flipped off/on. (Try that first yourself with all breakers in the box. They also said, it happens "all the time.") They did explain fully and showed me how I might change the old breakers myself when they wear out. So I appreciate that. But $100 was too much as their "minimum" charge without being told that in advance, especially for a "free estimate" as the visit--when I also asked in advance what the cost might be.

They were very respectful, stating "this is my house." 2a) Electricians were listening and doing what the older electrician said, who showed us how the old bathroom fan had paint from "cuddling," while the ceiling was painted for renovation in 2020, before I bought the townhome. 3) MT Electricians came prepared w / equipment and fan. 3a) They changed the bathroom fan and went into / out of the attic, with entry from the ceiling in my master closet. 4) MT Electricians were dressed practically, wearing MT Electrical t-shirts. 4a) Even Forest tied his hair back. Final summary: I feel very blessed that MT Electrical was recommended by Angi, and worked so quickly, professionally, respectfully, including supporting my college-age daughter and me, both for my alma mater, but continued rehabilitation, which is vocational, with plan to return to work.
