Well, they make a bit of a racket, especially if they happen to be in the garage, up against the bedroom wall. Once you know this, you can relax and honestly, I made the panic phone call (I did wait until morning, didn't call at 2am!) These folks are so nice, calm, cooperative and can walk you through almost anything that isn't something they need to do in person. They also respond quickly to "real" issues, which I did have one. A circuit of some sort malfunctioned and they came quickly after we ran a couple of easy tests over the phone together to determine that was the issue. (Kind of like the old "My refrigerator stopped running," "Is it plugged in?" routine, super simple. With all that said, this really is a great company and I highly recommend them, especially if you need a bit of "hand-holding" as a homeowner, they are truly kind.

It was late so I called one of those companies that advertises on TV. They said they would come in the morning and check it out. That cost me $90 for the visit. I can't speak highly enough for the experience that I had. These guys are great. Call them if you have any problems going on with your well and they will take care of you and not rip you off.

They service and maintain 5 heat pumps on my two properties, and just replaced an older unit I was having problems with. Samantha in the office is great at her job, and their technicians are experienced and highly skilled! I can attest to the fact that owner, Mike Lane, is directly involved with his business, also spends time in the field, and has the customer in mind as his top priority. When I had an issue and questions back in July, Mike personally visited my property to investigate & show me what was going on, and provided me with options. Another "plus" we've seen is their weekend coverage and support. I'd had another issue earlier this summer, called their 24-hour hot-line on a Sunday afternoon, and they quickly called me back and resolved the problem over the phone. The next day, one of their technicians was here at 8:00am to check out my system and make sure all was good. No charge for this extra call they made to double-check things! All of us homeowners have choices when it comes to any type of service needs in our homes. I'm just glad I'm using Accu-Rite for my HVAC needs. HP Sherrills Ford, NC.

We were very, very impressed with both the quality of work that Cory, Noah and Desmond provided but also with the customer service that was provided immediately after when we experienced an issue. The morning after they finished the work we awoke to no hot water and no air conditioning. We checked everything we knew to check on our end with no success. Then we call Dry Otter. Our thought at that point was that in doing the work under the house some wires to the other units had accidentally been pulled loose enough to cause problems but not loose enough to be noticed. They very quickly sent a team out to go back in and look. When their team couldn't find anything, they upped their game and called in an electrician. He was able to fix the issue with the hot water heater. That left the AC unit. It was still not working and it was hot outside. So, we called our HVAC guy that we have used for years. Our guy came out, found that problem quickly and fixed it. I went ahead and paid him, then called Dry Otter for reimbursement which they did very rapidly. So long story short, their customer service is great as well. Were they the cheapest of the 6 companies we got quotes from? No, they were about in the middle. But we were very impressed with them from the very beginning and were impressed all the way to the end.
