I had actually called a couple of other companies before I reached out to All Pro Enviro. The other companies quoted a higher rate and couldn't add me to the schedule until a week out...even a company that advertised "next day service" said they didn't have availability until 10 days out. That didn't sound like "next day" to me. But anyway, on the scheduled pump-out day with All Pro Enviro, Chris arrived and was very professional and respectful, asking where he would be able to drag his hose so that he wasn't encroaching on the neighbor's lawn. Once he started pumping, he brought me back over so that I could get a look at what was going on down in the tank. He also showed me where there was a consistent drip that was occurring, and he gave me some advice on what to do. He was so cool. After I thanked him he said to me "I just try to help people...I love what I do". Now that was a first! I've had this grinder pump cleaned out a number of times over the past 2 years and NEVER have I come across someone with such a great attitude about what they were doing. Leaving this review is one of the easiest things that I've had to do in a while. My advice to anyone looking for a company to do septic pump outs or any other plumbing, you cannot go wrong by reaching out to All Pro Enviro!

I tried plunging it and all of a sudden sewage started backing up into the shower, it was absolutely atrocious. My grandfather needs a high level of care. He has to have nurse aids and is barely mobile. I was desperate to get the problem fixed. I couldn't leave his home knowing that nobody could flush the toilet! Every place I called was completely backed up because of the holiday. Apparently when you use a lot of extra water and there's been a lot of rain, it really puts the pressure on your septic system. I brought in a family friend who is the son of a plumber and he was certain it was the septic tank that was too full. After calling every place I could, nobody was able to make it out before I had to fly back home. To make matters worse, it was the weekend! Because of the holiday all of the truck tanks were full and the waste disposal was closed, so they couldn't be emptied. I was at the airport when I received a second call back from All Pro Enviro. They had originally told me they couldn't come for a few days. I had explained my desperation about the situation our first conversation. The gentleman I spoke with knew it was a really big deal because of my grandfather's health. He went above and beyond and did not charge extra and took care of the problem. He sent me pictures of the before and after. He did a great job and a great favor to us. These are the kind of folks who deserve your business!

We used Clearwater the last time we had to have our septic system pumped so when it came time to do it again I called and set up an appointment. Just 1 hour before the appointment the owner texted and said his truck had broken down and he was not going to be able make it. I texted him back and ask him when he was coming to do the job and he never responded back and that has been 10 days ago now. You own a septic system company and you only have the one truck that can do the pumping?? So when it's out of service do you do to other customers what you did to me and just say you're not coming to do the job then quit responding?? How companies stay in business treating customers like this I will never understand.
