I called back and got someone else who promised to have a manager reach out. I never heard from them. Also, not only was I not advised of the upcharge by the crew on site, they forged my signature on the work authorization for the cleanout which I saw when I received my invoice. I was never asked to sign anything, but there was a squiggly line on there that they just wrote in.

Very, very frustrating experience with this company. When it…read morecame time to pump out our septic system, we called the company we had been using the past 8 years only to find out they were no longer doing it, so we had to start calling around to find someone else. Wife found this company and they had the best quote so she scheduled service with them and they set an appointment for one week later. Two days before they were to arrive we received a call saying the tech. had an emergency and would not be able to make it. We understand, but is he the only tech. you have? Had to re-schedule and the next available appointment was 3 weeks out. On May 6th we had an arrival window between 11 am and 2 pm. At 1:30 pm we received a call from the company saying that a job had taken longer than expected, but they were still coming, but it would be closer to 5 pm. At 4:30 pm we received a phone call from the company that yet again that they would not be coming out that day. My wife lost it and let them know in no uncertain terms she was not happy with this and of course we got we're sorry, blah, blah blah. We were re-scheduled once again was told we were a priority but even being a "priority" the next appointment was still another week out. Finally on May 12th, five weeks after our initial phone call, the techs. finally showed up for service. The techs. Bret and Willie saved this company from a one star review. There very personable and professional. Bret even noticed that the pipe and filter from the tank to the drain field needed to be replaced, something that other techs. had not mentioned in the past. While it cost us up front it will save us big bucks in the future by having this pipe and filter replaced when we did. Overall we were pleased with the techs, not so much with the company itself. But since they had the best price on septic system pumping that included digging up the ground to uncover the access ports, which was an extra fee with everyone else we called, and the techs were great, we will probably use them next time and just hope scheduling service is not as bad as it was this time.

April 13 2026 We had one of the worst experiences with septic blue. It was stressful and…read moreexpensive. We had some standing water in the yard where the pipes go out to the field. They took the lid off the tank and said it was overfilled. He said he would charge us an additional fee for pumping out waste from the field pipes along with 1,000 gallon tank Which was an additional 335.00. He managed to get total 2500 gallons, so he said, from the tank and the field and the truck was full. He added 6 bottles of solid breaker to help break up the solids I was not told how much each bottle cost. up until 4 days ago when we asked that the itemized invoice be emailed to us after the sewer was standing in the yard again. got invoice emailed to us. 6 bottles 378.00 but it only took him a minute or two with his little propeller to break it up And was 224.00. He took it upon himself to do some other work that we weren't expecting. Hydro jetting tailout with root temoval 349.00. He charged us for a 3 year advantage plan 149.00 in which we didn't even know about until we saw the invoice 4 days ago.he was finished with the job asked that we sign off on it. We never saw anything itemized on the iPad. Only the total which was $2,264.26. so all of this and we still have water standing in the yard so if you really like to get bent over call septic blue and I promise you they will treat you right we offered to pay for the pumping and filter and asked to reimburse back for the remainder.After three days of trying to get in touch with a manager or superintendent that we could talk about this problem he he did not help us after we indicated that we would pay 1000 of bill if he would only reimburse us for the remainder the charge as we did not approve and all he could say was you signed off on it. Very deceptive. Don't know how they can sleep at night! If we could rate 0 that is what it would be..
