They located the tank, dug it up, pumped it, and checked it out for me, all for the exact price I was quoted on the phone when I booked the appointment. I had heard horror stories of other companies that quote you one price and then keep tossing in additional fees and upsells along the way. I was so happy to see that this was not the case with Greenway Waste Solutions. I couldn't be happier and will most definitely be sticking with them for any and all septic needs in the future! Earlier I was told by one of those same companies that it would cost around 5-6k. I was nearly swindled by these companies that say guys who get it done fast are not to be trusted; I was advised to wait 4-6 months for them to find time for me. Greenway waste solutions got back to me with their quote and I was more than impressed! THEY HAVE THEIR OWN PLUMBER! They saved me time and money while gaining my trust. Never work with a company that charges you per inch to dig. Never work with anyone who says they "don't serve your area" because let me tell you...they have been run out of the surrounding counties for scamming people. The first thing they say should not be "10K but we have financing - 12 months same as cash." They are seriously out here scamming people but the people who work at greenway are honest, hardworking people. They installed my brand new septic tank with risers for easy access within 3 weeks. Stopped by ahead of time to see the site, READ THE PAPERWORK I SUBMITTED, showed up on time, and finished the install the same day. I had the same contact throughout the entire job. I call Piedmont plumbing…read moreand fuel piping and they informed me that providing there was no other issue it would be x amount of dollars which I taught was very reasonable. Unfortunately, when the plumber, Gary began the work, it was discovered that the drainage and other pipes was way too high to be connected. The back of the cabinets and drywall had to be cut and removed to get access to the pipes in the wall as to reroute these pipes. After more than 5 hours the work was completed. The cabinets and drywall was repaired, even the insulation was placed between the pipes and the outside wall to prevent the pipes from freezing in the winter which was not done by the original contractors. I was sure this was going to cost me thousands. Incredibly, the cost after taxes was way less than I expect. I was completely satisfied with the work upon completion, and I would recommend Piedmont plumbing and fuel piping to anyone.
