With this being a new house, my warranty coverage had not yet expired. I reached out to my original plumbing company, and they would not cover the warranty. Additionally, I reached out to my builder who claimed there was nothing they could do for me. After going through this process, I was looking at spending a few thousand dollars for a new pump. I reached back out to Just in Time, and they assisted me by going through their distributor to process my pump warranty. This saved me over $2,000!
