Similar to many of the reviews, I have nothing but positive words to say about Tom. I have never used a processor service before and I feel very fortunate to have found him. I initially spoke to him on the phone and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. I also met him and he was kind enough to spend some time with me to gain a better understanding of the situation and to determine the best way to serve the papers. The whole process was done without any problems and Tom did an excellent job in answering all my questions and keeping me updated on a timely basis. I cannot stress how much I truly appreciated Tom's professionalism and kindness. He helped alleviated a lot of stress during a very difficult time. Thank you so much Tom. read more

The good people of Superior Process Service are professional and understanding. I needed papers served for a family court case, and they were able to do this on their first or second attempt even after the individual in question suddenly switched to another address. They worked with me extensively, even calling me on a Saturday to coordinate and make sure they had all the right papers. I would highly recommend this process server to anyone wishing to have papers served in a timely manner by conscientious people. read more

Responded immediately. Took the time to explain the process. Saved me a day by explaining which court to visit. Then handled everything after and provided details on what was required. Great customer service. Quick and efficient. read more

Fast, reliable, incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped us out in a bind and provided the best service you could ask for with a smile! Very professional and I highly recommend them. We will be using them again! read more

Can't speak highly enough of this company. Tom was responsive, professional and did a great job on a difficult project. I canceled the project once and he immediately processed my refund. He called to clarify the service instructions and made sure the affidavit of service followed the instructions. I will definitely use Tom again if I have any future service needs. read more

Great service! I spoke with Tom and he thoroughly explained the serving process, and gave me a quote immediately over the phone. No guesswork! They are reliable, efficient, communicate excellent, and are courteous and affordable. I shopped around, and after reading all the great reviews, chose Superior Process Services. So glad I did! Been using them for process serving for years and have always been very timely in serving process all over Arizona. I have also used them for doing some private investigation, and they have turned up really good information to locate people who want to disappear. Their fees for both the process service, and the private investigation has always been fair, and they always go out of their way to let me know what is happening, and go the extra mile to get the service done right. read more

I recommend Superior Process Services because the transaction was easy - paperwork and payment - all done online. However, I had to follow up/contact them after 10 days to get an update because I hadn't heard anything at all. read more

I more than highly recommend using Superior Process Service. I was a little leery at first because I am serving someone from out of state and the last company I hired botched the service by serving him on a Sunday which is not allowed in NY. However Both Wendy and Tom are amazing people to work with. Wendy communicated with me the whole time and asked questions about my states laws to be sure that they followed the laws. The service was done within 2 days of receipt of my information. I hope I never have to serve this deadbeat dad again but if I do I know who to hire to get the job done right. Thank you Wendy and Tom!!!! read more

I was impressed with the gal at the front desk in the office as I dropped off my document to be served. She was thorough and detailed. I dropped off my documents on August 2. I was told that I would receive an email with a copy of the document that was filed with court. I never received an email. I was never told that the document was served. Today is the 26th and I had to go to the courthouse to look up if it was filed. I found that it had been served on the 5th, and filed on the 9th. I tried to call them but it was after hours so I went onto their website and left a message requesting information. Never heard back from them. Won't use them again just because of the lack of follow up. Need to serve another document, using different company..... Getting it done for $5 less. read more

Excellent experience all around! Very professional, responsive and on top of things. As this was my first time ever having someone served, I had many questions around the process. Tom spent a great deal of time on the phone with me walking me through details and also ensuring I was taking the correct route before paying any fees. They served the party in a very timely manner and submitted proof of service to the courts immediately as well. I would definitely recommend their services. read more

Great work guys, took a few attempts to serve since there was such a tight window on catching my ex, they asked all kinds of questions to get the job done! Great team effort! read more

Fast and friendly service; quick to return calls, helpful as can be. Haven't used a process server in many years; nice to know there are still some around that actually care about providing good service at a reasonable price! Thanks! read more

Tom was extremely patient and went out of his way to help me. There are other sites that quote "$20 service". Not true, they wanted $175! Tom gave me a reasonable quote and the other party was served within 24 hours!! Skip everyone else and use Tom as your only process server. Great experience! Would use every time! Thanks Tom! read more

Having dealt with two other process server companies in the Valley, I can tell you Superior is the best. The staff is friendly, accessible, and they take meticulous notes about what you need done and whom you are attempting to serve. The person I was having served for a protective order was previously elusive, evading other process servers for months. Yet Superior was able to get the job done in less than one week. Totally worth the money, as they care about getting people served as quickly and efficiently as possible. I'd definitely use them again! read more

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing papers served in court. after many attempts by myself and the postal service with no success I decided to call Superior, and in no time they served the necessary papers I needed to continue my case. Thank you Tom and Wendy. Mary G. read more

interesting because this service is quite worried about going the extra mile to help ya in fact it was their error they made on the address, but was accused of making them feel like they were working too hard and I was really putting him out for asking him to change the address on the service order. Clearly they don't want my business read more

Tom the owner was fantastic to deal with. He had a difficult situation to serve my ex with papers and he did it quickly by the second attempt. I recommend his service to anyone looking for fast process service for any legal papers. Thanks again Tom! read more

It's unfortunate that I have to deal with an irresponsible person that damaged my property and will not pay. Now I have to take him to court. This is the first time I have had a need for such services. I called two other companies before calling SPS. I let them know that this was the first time I had ever used this type of service. They were very nice, patient, and professional. They explained the process to me and that they would file with the court once the tenant was served. I let him know that the tenant would not give me his forwarding address, but I had a work address. They assured me that the tenant would be served. They served him in a timely manner and provide me a copy of the Service via email for my records. I would definitely use them and recommend them for future services. They are highly recommended, don't bother calling around like I did. These guys are SECOND TO NONE. read more

Wow, Tom really went the extra mile for me, literally! Found out my ex had changed jobs just as Tom was on his way to his workplace. Called Tom with the new address, and he found the new job and served him immediately. He also is ALWAYS the one to answer the phone, even after hours. He advised me to call the court to confirm the deadline to serve. I hope I don't need to use a process server again in the near future, but if I do, I will call Superior! read more

I would use this company again. Tom was very helpful and patient as I was trying to get my documents scanned to him. Since we had a deadline to meet and the carbon copy, court house documents weren't readable via scan, Tom drove to the court house and picked up better copies saving me a long drive across town. Great service. read more

I have used Superior Process Services twice in the past month and both times they were amazing! I had to have Rush deliveries both times, and Tom was so prompt and so thorough, both times he had my ex served either the day that I requested service or the day after. He was resourceful and went above and beyond to make sure that my ex was served in a timely fashion. He always notified me immediately after, and would give me a breakdown of how the exchange went, which I was so grateful for, considering what documents were being served. This is the only company I will use in the future when I need a process server. Thank you again Tom, you made a very difficult and stressful event much easier, and allowed me piece of mind! read more
