Five star service that was cheaper than others! Wendy gave me great advice for handling an eviction. I recommend you use them, very smart and experienced. read more

Easy peasy. Superior Process Services preformed the exact job they were hired to do.

Served the individual in 3 days. Couldn't ask for more. Also, the business helped with information on timing and how the justice wi work after the person is served. Couldn't ask for more. read more

Luckily have never required a process server before, but heard and read about plenty of negative experiences. However the reviews here are legit - Tom was super communicative, responsive, and got the job done in a matter of hours (I opted to pay a bit extra for expedited service, well worth it). Thank you! read more

I highly recommend Superior Process Service! I worked closely with Tom who was awesome and extremely helpful! They were able to serve a guy that was not easy to catch and the price was right. read more

Superior Process Services is the best! Tom is very quick to respond and provide service. He treats you like a person and you can feel confident in his abilities to see that your request is completed. I highly recommend his company! read more

As unfortunate it is that it had to get to the point of needing a process server, I'm sure glad I found Superior Process Services. After having a horrible experience with another local company, that promised me they could serve my papers, only to tell me a few days later that "they aren't what I'm looking for" and that I need to "give them more time/information to serve my paperwork" (on time-sensitive material), and being extremely rude on the phone, I found Superior Process Services. The process server, Tom, was absolutely exceptional and willing to serve early morning. He was extremely professional and honest, communicated with me very well and kept me "in the know" with what was going on. I hired Tom, and within less than 12 hours, my documents were served. When he told me that my papers had been served, I couldn't believe it. Tom really knows his stuff, and it's clear that he's been in the business a long time. He's got process serving down to a science, and I VERY highly recommend Superior Process Services! read more

Very professional and very fast! Contacted last night and served the documents we needed thanks!

I provided a document to Superior Process Service for service on Thursday 7/18/2019. The court gave me an extremely abbreviated time frame (3 business days) to ensure the other party was served. After obtaining quotes from 6 other process servers, Tom was extremely helpful and gave the lowest price, even though the place of service was outside of the 101 loop. Tom also offered 5 attempts for service whereas other process servers only offered 4. Superior served the other party on 7/19 at 8pm. They were prompt, courteous and provided a very fair price. Their online process made everything easy and fast. There is a reason they are #1 in Phoenix and on customer review sites. Thank you! read more

These guys are the absolute best! I've used them twice and both times they executed the job with military precision. I will never use anybody else. read more

I can not say enough great things about this company! They get things done. The industry knowledge Tom has is invaluable. Not only is he familiar with the processes, court documents and filings, he knows people's psychological mannerisms. He has spent many times on the phone with me explaining situations to give expectation of the full experience. I have used this company twice and both times it was a huge wave of relief when I received confirmation the services were complete. I feel the pricing is very fair as well. read more

While I'm not happy I was in the position to have to use such services, I have to say that this individual was extremely helpful. I was very nervous to have legal papers served to an unstable and threatening ex boyfreind and also a bit clueless and he walked me through the process. The Scottsdale Police Department sent me here because I needed legal documents delivered before a holiday and they suggested this place for his professionalism and promptness. Apparently when you pay for something to be served, you only have a few 'attempts' of the server trying to find the individual receiving the documents, and then you must pay again. That sucks. This guy was so nice that due to the close proximity of his office to the individual I was having served, he assured me that he'd keep going until he got ahold of the person so that I could feel safe. And he did. He was also very patient with my questions. So, if you find yourself in an unfortunate situation such as I, and you need legal orders served to someone.. this is your guy. read more

This is my second time using Tom for his services . A few years ago he exceeded expectations and he has done it yet AGAIN !!! Got the other party served on DAY ONE & I couldn't have asked for anything better !!! This is the company for your process serving needs !! I will continue to refer and use them as needed , never disappointed !! read more

This company is the best in the business! They were able to serve a pretty tough man to catch and the cost was unbeatable. When I first called, Wendy, quoted me a very reasonable price and Tom pursued the case with a high attention to detail until the documents were served. I highly recommend choosing Superior Process Services! read more

I am thoroughly impressed with Tom and his team of process servers. My soon to be ex husband is not an easy man to reach no matter what the method. After checking out Process Servers online and Yelp I decided to go with Superior based entirely on their outstanding reviews. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from the first phone call with Tom to the email confirming the documents had been served. I am so relieved and extremely grateful to everyone at Superior Process Servers! read more

Absolutely outstanding service. Tom and his team were a huge help. He is very prompt and always available for questions. I can't recommend Superior Process Services enough. read more

I have never had to serve anyone so I am new to this. I am absolutely so happy I found them. I can now sleep at night knowing harassment will stop. They served this person over the weekend. Tom went above and beyond. So thankful and grateful. read more

Awesome company! They get the job done. Highley recommend. Did Everything the promised. Very thorough and explained everything to me

This was the first time I had ever used, or needed, a service like this. I dealt with Tom and Wendy who both treated me professionally, and patiently worked with me through the process. They were successful in completing the service in a very timely manner. Hopefully I'll never need a server again but I would definetly use them again!! Thank you Superior! read more

Tom is super helpful, and has always been able to serve the dodgy party without issues. Once when I needed the party to be served at their place of work before they left, he personally printed my documents and drove across town within the hour to help. I won't use anyone else when I need a server. Highly recommended! read more

Very pleased with the work from Tom! I was nervous about being able to find my Defendant as he used an out of state address, but Tom worked with me to find him locally and get him served in only a couple of attempts! Hopefully I will not have a need for a process server again in the future, but if I do, I will be sure to give Superior Process Services a call! read more

I hired this company from Utah to serve someone with papers. They were prompt and affordable. I would highly recommend.

Needed a responsive process server to deal with our criminal tenants. Everyone I spoke to at Superior was professional, sympathetic to my needs, and communicated in a timely manner. They served our papers within 24 hours, sent me proof ASAP and were affordable. Although I hope I never have the need again, I would call them. Thank you Tom and Wendy! read more

I highly recommend Superior Process Service with zero reservations. This was my first experience needing a process server and hopefully it is my last. I chose Superior Process Services based on reviews and they did not disappoint. Tom and Wendy were so very kind, professional, prompt, and responsive. They made me feel comfortable during my visit and assured me the defendant would be served - and he was the very next morning. The price was right, questions were answered by email or return phone calls immediately - they are the rock stars of process serving. Do not hesitate to use them - you will be glad you did. read more

The reviews say it all. Fast, professional and courteous. All of my email and text messages were answered promptly. The service was delivered fast and in a kind manner. I would highly recommend using Tom and Superior Process Services. I'm happy that I did. read more

I was extremely impressed by the excellent service I received Especially from Tom and His wife. Since this was one of the first legal cases I was ever involved in Tom and has wife helped me directly me in what I need to accomplish. I would highly recommend this service above any other Process servers listed. For the help I received, this went way above what the amount I paid for this Service. Steven S. read more

I'm surprised most of their reviews are good. Weird. So I pay online, send the paperwork. I call the next day to see if anyone's been assigned to serve it, without asking what case it's for he tells me it can take up to two days, so I call again and they had already tried twice. So without asking what the best time would be to serve this person, the server went on and took a shot in the dark. Great, only three attempts left. Apparently, there was a blank box I was supposed to fill out? Okay. But if there is nothing there wouldn't you think the server would call to get an idea of when to serve this person? I had mentioned to them (before I paid) that this person had court and of course they didn't share that the court could just serve it (why would they? It's money out of their pocket, I guess?) read more

I needed something served right away as another process server had dropped the ball on getting it done. I sent the documents and they were served the very next day. When I requested the returns, they were sent right away as well. I will always recommend companies like this that get the job done and get it done well! read more

Hopefully you don't find yourself in the position of needing a process server, but if one day you do, I would highly recommend Superior Process Services. I was in contact with Tom he was extremely friendly and helpful in guiding me through what paperwork needed to be sent over. Tom was very detail oriented in gathering information about the defendant being served, he called and gave me consistent updates. Within 2 days the job was complete. Their prices were very reasonable and I'm very happy I chose this company to handle this stressful situation. read more

Found them on the Yelp Pages and everything is true. Super responsive, got the job done in serving a "very elusive" person. Thanks again I highly recommend them. read more

I can't see giving this company more than 3 stars...they completed the requested service but communication is poor. After I submitted payment end of November, I didn't hear from anyone until Dec 27th later that service was completed on the Dec 14th. At this point,I had written them off as incomplete service. If they can get a handle on their communication protocol, I would give them a better rating. read more

I can't express how satisfied we are with Superior Process Services and Tom who helped us tremendously! After spending so much time trying to get this person served and being dodged, then turning to Tom and he and his team getting it done within a couple of days, I must say I'm upset that we wasted so much time in the first place and didn't go to Tom in the beginning. We will definitely use this company again if the need arises. read more

I am sad that I had to use their services in the first place but they were pleasant and got the job done. It was little tricky to say the least and in hindsight, I should have called them first and saved myself some money (lesson learned). I hope that I don't have to ever use them again but if I the need arises, I will definitely call them again. read more

I was going through a very stressful and upsetting situation of not only having to get a restraining order bc of being harassed and stalked by someone, but not being able to even get the restraining order served to have it take effect. After several frustrating (and time consuming) failed attempts with trying to have the police serve it, i called Tom at Superior Process Services, Inc. I asked him several questions which he answered and helped me with. I actually called him at least three times with questions (hey it's not everyday you have to serve someone with a restraining order!) and he never made me feel like I was bothering him or taking up too much of his time... He was more than helpful. I decided to go ahead and hired to try and serve the papers. I went into their office and brought them the order to be served and made a quick and easy payment through PayPal. Within just a few hours of leaving their office, I got their call that they had been successful in serving him!!! :-) Ours was a somewhat tricky situation but they still managed to get the job done no problem and in record time! If you need to get someone served, you won't find a better company out there to do the job! I'm extremely happy and satisfied with my experience with them. Thank you again so much for helping get this behind me so I can move on with my life! read more

Excellent service. Very helpful and fast. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if ever needed I would definitely use them. Tom was overly helpful in explaining the process and responded quickly to any messages. Thank u! read more

I have never had to use a process server, but I did have a very positive experience with Tom at Superior Process Servers. I had mailed documents to my former husband, and the green card for certified mail was signed both times by his secretary - not constituting actual service since he didn't personally sign for the documents. So I decided to call this company. Tom was so helpful and so knowledgable! He helped me realize that in ' Rule 40-43' there was a deadline for service of the documents that I had already missed. Because of his suggestion for an alternative solution, I was able to work around having missed the deadline, so in fact I never ' hired' Tom, but with his help, I didn't have to. That says a lot! If I am ever in need of a process sever, no question - I will call Superior Process Servers. Tom got the job done, saving me heartache & stress. read more

Amazing job done! I had a difficult person to serve and they called and changed plans with no problem when they had an opportunity to get it done. I really appreciate the service. Tom was nothing but helpful, always answered his phone, took everything professionally and answered any and all questions I had. I dont remember the name of the woman who helped me at the front desk in the office, but she handled everything with just as much care as Tom did, and even found an extra paper I had left in the stack with my confidential info that i had forgotten to take out. She made sure my info was protected. I hope I never have to have a process sever again but if i do, this company is the one to go through. read more

Great company to work with especially if you've never served anyone before. They explained the process as well as all fees. They will also file your confirmation/affidavit with the court. Very professional and thorough. If I ever need this service again, then they will be the first number I call. read more

I searched and superior was the first i found. I went through the process and waited to hear a response. I got tired of waiting and called, the lady on the phone said they were having issues serving the defendant because the front desk would always say they weren't at the location. Long story short i ran into the defendant after 5 months no communication and they first thing they said was i got your lawsuit but the process server said if i didn't take it then i was never served , then proceeded to say they read the paper and they have an envelope with my name on it. (Of course that's not their choice). Then i filed a dispute because i was completely disappointed. I received a call this morning saying that never happened and it's a lie, the defendant made that up smh. Then to proceed and say they are still trying to serve the defendant and refused to refund the $75. I laughed and said i will be writing a review because the person tried to argue it never happened and said the defendant looked it up online. It's principle for me! read more

I highly recommend Superior Process Service in that they are close cases fast, quick and they are very friendly.
