Came using a Groupon for a spa mani/pedi for $30. Regular price is $60. Not impressed. Only one worker was available for a two person appointment. She explained that a lot of unforeseen circumstances happened resulting in two employees down, but I feel a phone call to reschedule would have been better than a two hour appointment. Leg and hand massage was minimal, at best. Paraffin dip for feet but not hands. I didn't ever feel pampered or like I got a spa treatment. I had polish on my skin and my hands were dry. I guess it felt like a $30 mani/pedi. I probably won't be back. The technician was pleasant and the location was alright, but there are better mani/pedis out there for $60. read more

I usually get my eyelash extensions done at other places but this time I decided to try and go to a place near my job (after work ) the first full set of lash extensions I got all fell out the next day I had to go back and get them fixed not only was that inconvenient katy kept getting up during my appointment and went to do other things and I had to wait (even though I had an appointment to be there) my second fill was ok, my third fill with Katy it burned but I thought it was normal ...I also turned around and seen scissors right by my head which absolutely freaked me out but I knew something wasn't right ?? The following day I woke up with clumps of my eyelashes just falling out as you can imagine I got really scared , I went to go get the lashes removed because I was worried I wouldn't have any lashes left !!! But if you wanted to give back to a family ran nail salon just once in a while I recommend getting your eye brows waxed here. I continuously go here for the wonderful wonderful staff. I go here at least once a month for my eye brow waxing, they do a perfect job every time and now the staff knows me so they know where I need to grow out my eye brows and what I like and don't like. Yes, they're painting nail skills are not that great but they're wonderful people and it's good to find one thing you like them doing just so you can help them with your money. read more

Decided to try this nail place as it was midway between my home and a friend, who was also getting a mani/pedi. Arrived and greeted very pleasantly. Three women working that day. There was one lady getting a manicure and one lady seated waiting to go into the back room for some treatment. Seated in our pedi chairs and the confusion started. My water was too cold, then too hot, then no water in the bowl at all. I laughed it off, thinking it was just a silly mistake. The Lady who was getting a pedi left. Leaving us alone with the workers. The Nail tech's couldn't decide who was going to give who (my friend or myself) our pedi's. The pedi's went okay. Took much longer than any other pedi I have ever had. I should add that when I called to schedule our appointments, I was told that the mani/pedi that I was wanting would take one hour fifteen minutes. Our pedicure's took an hour alone. We then moved to the nail station to begin our shellac mani's. While seated there we decided to get out eyebrows waxed also. The mani's took over an hour to do and are seriously the worst mani I have ever had. We had french shellac. The shellac is very thick, extremely uneven, wraps around my nail onto my skin and under the nail. It took two women to work on my nails, as the first one apparently had no idea how to do a french mani. It took us so long, well beyond the time we were told. We were frustrated and not happy, so we just wanted to get out of there. We got our eyebrow waxes and paid the owner. I left there feeling very unhappy and angry that I paid $72.00 for the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. The one star is because the women who work there are very nice, but the service they provide for nails is horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT GO THERE FOR NAILS! read more

I haven't gotten my nails done in a long time and not since moving to West Linn so I didn't have many expectations of my first time back and first time out of the house alone after having my second child. However, I was not impressed with this place at all. The place was not clean. There were dead plants everywhere and a hole in the window that I sat next to. The nail color selection was extremely limited. I got a basic mani and pedi and after two hours I walked out with one hand still not dried. I had to ask three times for the lady to cut my toenails shorter and I still wasn't happy with the length. By the time I got home, I had destroyed two finger nails. I've been coming to Katie for years now and I've never had a problem. She is amazing! She does wonderful eyelash extensions for a VERY good price in comparison to what others charge elsewhere. Anytime I call to make an appointment she's available, or if she's busy she gets me in first thing the next day. I highly recommend you come here! If I could give a zero I would my friend and I went in for an appointment and the place was a wreck, the owner/ nail tech didnt sanitize any of the products she used, also cut into the cuticles, burned my friends and mine actual nails with the e file and did a horrible job on the acrylic, the are lumpy chipped and my nails burn, the acrylic was too watery and didnt hold shape, she also put dry acrylic powder on the nail and then added monomer, I've never had such bad service, 5 minutes after leaving the nails were chipped and I was bleeding, my friend and I called and asked for a refund the morning after because right after she was done with our nails she left the Salon and said she would be back. Thirty minutes later she didn't return, and the lady went out on a rant about spending time on the nails and then being ripped off. and they don't do refunds, normally salons have signs posted. No where in the salon was there a sign that said no refund..she offered to "fix" them for no charge. we will not be going back to get them fixed because she didn't do a good job the first time. read more

I had a bad experience at this salon. Went here with a group and specifically called ahead to make sure they could accommodate us all. They said they could but clearly could not when we were there. The woman who did my nails was in such a rush my cuticle was cut pretty deep and a week later it was still visible. My nails were uneven, not filed well, and I ended up getting a clear coat rather than shellac as I had planned by the time we were done for time constraints. Wow. Sad to see that this place has such a poor rating! I had driven by it a million times and never thought to stop until I found a deal on Sharing Spree. The salon is much larger than it looks from the street and while it's not going to win any style awards, it was clean and the staff friendly. The gal who did my pedi on my second visit didn't seem to speak any English, but I didn't mind, as she communicated through the other gal and I prefer to read my book or magazine rather than make small talk. Overall, I got great pedis on both occasions I've gone and if I lived a little closer, would be happy to make it a regular spot. I recently visited this salon to get a full set manicure & was pleasantly surprised with the fantastic service! Super friendly people, asked if I wanted a glass of wine while they were tending to me, delicious! I asked about the eyelashes since I'd been curious about getting them for a while, & Katie assured me she does custom lashes to suit everyone individually, & offered a great discount since I was getting my nails done. I had to take her up on the offer & was SOOO happy with both of my services! Unfortunately, I had to return after messing up my nails that night, & the team were easy to get ahold of, returned my call & fixed me right up for free, just as friendly as they were the day before! I am a little surprised reading the other reviews here because I had a spa pedicure at Superior Nails last week and had a great experience! I heard about them through Sharing Spree where I bought a deal. I was the first customer last Friday and it was a little chilly when I walked in. Without me saying a word they brought heaters over to make sure I was comfortable while the salon heated up. They were very thorough and attentive and I got a great pedicure in only 45 minutes. I mentioned how great they were to a few of my friends and at least 3 of them said they had pedicures there too and had a great experience. Best nail salon ever. Every time I go to Oregon to see my BFF I go here. I wish I had a place like this in Phoenix. Friendly staff. Clean salon. Usually my nail polish peels off the same day I get my nails done. I use OPI and always bring my own polish due to this. I go to Superior Nails and bring my OPI and the polish lasts almost a full two weeks. I have no clue what they use as a base or top coat but it works. I went here yesterday for their Deluxe Pedicure. I hate to say that it was one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. From the time the lady started till I was finished was 22 minutes. Everything was rushed. The leg massage was done mostly one handed while she chatted with her co-workers behind her. She seemed more concerned with the manicure customer she was previously working on than me. Granted I was using a sharing spree voucher but I expected better treatment than I received. Had a nice pedicure. The manicure was NOT! My nails were shortened unevenly, she poured the bond on too much, didn't let dry completely, applied the acrylic on too thick and very quickly, barely touched the nail with the file and left them bumpy. Put really thick coats of polish on and after about 10 minutes with just a fan, poured oil on the tacky polish to "finish drying" them which left marks all over the nails. The next day I removed the polish to redo it and discovered the acrylic was already chipping off....NOT going back!!! read more

I went to this salon to get eyelash extensions done. Even though my friend highly recomended this place I had my doubts. I should have listened to my gut feelings. NEVER EVER GO HERE!!! Seriously, I left in terror. My lashes were nothing like what I wanted. I have very thin, sparse lashes, and I was looking for a natural look where I didnt have to put 7 coats of mascara on daily. What I got was thick, over the top drag queen lashes. Not only were they not my style, but they were also glued on the wrong way. When done properly, each eyelash is isolated which creates a seemles, natural look. I have several spots where 3 or 4 lashes are glued together, which tugs and hurts! To fix that problem she took dirty, unsanitized scissors and CUT MY EYELASHES OFF!!! They are friendly and nice, but they have no idea what they are doing. Its also VERY dirty and they let kids run around in the same room as your spa treatment is being done, if you can even call it that!!! Please don't be lured in by low prices. You will pay greatly in the long run. I let the bargain shopper get the best of me. Don't skimp if you are planning on doing something like this. Go somewhere where they have the proper setup, and many happy clients. I NEVER write things of this nature, but this "nail shop" is truly not worthy of your business! read more

I really like this nail salon :) It's not super fancy, which I like because when I get a pedicure I just want to relax and the last thing I want to worry about is being pretentious! I have been here twice now and the younger girl (don't know her name) who has taken care of me both times has been very friendly and done a nice job on my nails. I have gotten the shellac both times, I can't say how long it lasted this time since I just went today but last time my manicure lasted right at two weeks and my pedicure lasted over a month! Everyone that works there is very friendly and welcoming! I recommend this place if you are looking for a decently priced manicure or pedicure and a quiet place to just relax and enjoy. I can't remember how much it was for the shellac mani/pedi last time but today I just had the shellac spa pedicure for $37 which included wax, a scrub, a massage, and friendly service :) For just the spa pedicure it is $25 and I think the regular pedicure is $20 so great prices in my opinion! read more

I got the groupon for my mom, two sisters, and me and we got our nails done on Saturday, December 28. The deluxe pedicures were great, but the Deluxe Manicures and Solar Acrylic nails were TERRIBLE! My mom and sisters' did the deluxe manicure and their nails were already chipped by Monday, December 30. I did the Solar Acrylic nails and she did them very quickly; barely filed my nail down and did not do my cuticles. THREE nails started lifting on Tuesday morning, December 31, and then FOUR nails started lifting on Thursday, January 2. I did nothing between Saturday and Monday that would cause my nails to lift; and on Tuesday and Wednesday night, I went into the hot tub (for like 15 minutes and it is not like I keep my hands in the hot water the whole time, i put my arms up), ate and shopped- which should not have caused my nails to lift. When I called to get AT LEAST FOUR of my nails redone because they were so bad, the lady said she would have to look at them first and then I asked if it would be free and she said it depends. I canceled my appointment because I did not want to have to pay money to fix something I had already paid for; I informed her of that and she just said bye and hung up- never apologizing for doing my nails so badly. read more

I see some positive reviews on this salon and might have caught them on a bad day but I really don't think so. I have never written a review on any business, however I feel it's important to warn people about this place. If I would have read this I would have never gone there. Being in West Linn it really surprised me. It is VERY unclean!!! They may clean their foot tubs upon closing but they do not do it after each person has used it. They simply spray it out with water and wipe the debris out with a paper towel (I noticed when looked up from my book after the pedicure). I saw two people do the same thing, not just one person. I didn't see them clean any instruments they used for my pedicure either. They were in a box and looked dirty. I, like Kendall, bought a Groupon and understand they may not want to give me the service they would give others who pay full price. I called ahead to make an appointment asking if they had two people because I had an appointment I had to go to after. She assured me they would have two and it would only take an hour so I took my daughter for a deluxe mani/pedi. It took two hours and not due to them taking their time being very thorough. There was stuff floating in the foot soak tub when I got in but figured it might be soap. Later I realized they did not use soap so it was really gross then the bubbler didn't work, which was fine, but they didn't want to move me to the chair next to it for some reason. My daughter actually had one person from start to finish but it was another story with me. They had one person do one foot then later someone else do the other. Nobody even touched the bottom of my feet (isn't that the point of a pedicure) then the exact same thing happened with the manicure as far as two people trading off on each hand. The funny part was one person did one hand a certain color and the other did another color. Once I noticed they re-did the second hand and I didn't think I needed to pay much attention (I was back to reading my book) but they did the wrong color again. After it was all done I asked what the deluxe package was because that's what we apparently paid for and she said it was a paraffin wax so they took the tiniest bit of paraffin and put it in a bag on my feet. It completely ruined the already bad paint job they had done but at that time I just wanted out of there, the same was with my daughter. I have had many mani/pedi's in my life but was just blown away by this place. They really were nice people but everything else superseded the horrible experience! read more
