Sometimes it's not till you get home that you realize how they actually look. They tried to push me to get cash from the ATM and when I said no she snatched the card from my hand and asked for a tip. I tipped 20% still and that's when she said "ohhhh! I love you!" Maybe it's a better experience if you're a regular. I was a walk in read more

Pretty Nails - Their pedicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Oregon City, Oregon

I've been to this salon several times as a walk in client for different services, waxing, nails, pedicure. All employees are experienced, quick and very clean. I love this place!! read more

Absolutely the worst experience! Nails cut way too short causing painful toes walking out. Had an appointment but were cast to the side for the regulars who just walked in...no appointment. The male tech kept burning the nails when taking off the existing gel polish which had me in tears. I should have just left but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, NEVER AGAIN! Would not recommend! read more

Visited almost 4 weeks ago and my nails are still ruined. I made a suggestion while getting my nails done to file them so they'd look less chunky/wide and the filing that was done cut me so deeply on all ten fingers that my natural nails grew ingrown into my skin. I am still dealing with troubles of anything touching the sides of my nails too hard, as my natural nails now grow to dig into my skin and I was charged $65 for a fill. I said no to dip if it was $10 more and the lady did it anyway, and with the ATM in $20's I was obligated to tip. When I pulled into the salon she was outside eating a corn on the cob and I should've known to drive away right then, I never saw her wash her hands after eating and it makes sense that my nail beds/cuticles became infected and peeled. Do not recommend!! read more

Love this place been a bunch of times very clean, welcoming and great service. Fast and efficient, I've had acrylics done every time and they never disappoint! read more

Clean place, quality ingredients and my gel polish stayed on very well. The staff was friendly, too.

I came in to have my nails fixed that were done badly somewhere else.. they were all very nice and did an excellent job on a shellac manicure! So I decided to get a pedicure last minute too. Kimberly did an excellent job on both and was very thorough!! I will definitely come back again! read more

I went to pretty nails without an appointment and waited patiently for a pedicure and full set I thought it would be nice to have a design on my nails that matched my book that just came out, especially because the very next day I'm traveling to Tacoma to do a book signing Kimberly did the design of my nails to match my book cover perfectly and Brandon took the time to make sure that my nails were perfectly shaped and glossy like glass so that every picture that someone takes while I'm signing gets a great shot of some great looking hands and nails. I will definitely be back read more

If I can give a zero I would. I came to get my gel removed and decided to get my eyebrows done. I didn't do much research since I just wanted a clean up. I walked out of the room with thin eyebrows and they don't even match. Before she even did anything I told her I just wanted a clean up. My eyebrows were thick, now they are thin and uneven! read more

I really like this nail salon as they appear to be using an autoclave to sanitize their tools. Very important to protect against infections. Their pedicure chairs have the cutest foot rest so that they can take care of the bottom of your feet without having to suspend your leg in mid-air, which can be uncomfortable for some, yes, me ! They do a great job and they have a nice atmosphere. read more

Amazing place. Hadn't had a pedicure in a few months. Due to moving. Went the extra mile on my toes, feet and legs. Great value.

Love coming here for my nails. I always get exactly what I ask for. I see Brandon who is an expert at what he does. I ask for thin solar, like acrylic, nails, short with an oval shape. I want them to look as natural as possible and he always delivers. Highly recommend Brandon!! Plus he is just a cool guy. Good selection of colors and nice atmosphere. read more

WORST NAIL JOB EVER! I came into this place Saturday morning for a pink and white fill. The place was pretty busy so there was a 20 minute wait. I would suggest making an appointment first (if you dare go after my experience). Now to my horrific nail job...Not sure on the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he's an older with a gold chain. I'm just going to flat out say it, he has absolutely NO IDEA what he is doing!!! He was globbing on the solar powder, not shaping the nails correctly and filed them down to basically nothing. NOTHING. He took away my nails and now it looks like I have none! After the solar powder had been applied I looked at my nail beds in horror!! That was my breaking point. You could see bubbles, lumps and old acrylic that wasn't filed down and filled in right. It was so god-aweful. I kept speaking up and telling him it didn't look right and he was going back and forth, trying to convince me it was supposed to look like that.. what??? I told him never in my life did I have a fill that looked so bad. After going back and forth for 5 minutes, I just told him to forget the white tip and do a complete polish to cover the flaws beneath the new powder. He said "ok, yeah, cover with polish look better". I thought maybe he was drunk or high...how can this guy actually be doing nails? So in the end, I don't get a white tip fill because this guy messed up royally. Im the customer having to settle on something else because he doesn't know what he's doing. SMH... I wasn't about to make a scene but I couldn't not believe what was happening. My nails look like total crap and I was billed $55 for the whole experience!!! I give him $60 and he asks if I want my change. Total f**king joke!! Seriously??! I'm warning everyone to stear clear of that guy...I know I can't speak for the nail salon as a whole, but I would strongly urge the owner to NOT ignore complaints. find out what's going on with this guy and his knowledge of doing nails. These are what can slowly kill your business off over time. Perfect example: I won't be coming back. read more

Popped in For a pedicure yesterday. They were so sweet and the service was very good. Best pedicure I've had in a long time

I have been looking for a nail salon who do pedicures and I found the best one in Oregon City. Not only did they do a meticulous job on my toes the whole atmosphere and vibe was wonderful. Very laid back and not all the noise you find at other places. They were also very respectful. Other salons made me feel like they didn't really care if they had my business or not. Thank God you can still find great service out there. read more

Pretty Nails is the best spot for pedi's in Oregon City. They recently moved into a new space, in the same shopping vicinity, and it's very nice. Huge upgrade - looks like a spa. Lots of chairs. Great selection of nail polish. Bright and inviting. They've done an amazing job creating a space for pampering and self-care. Kim and Chinh are very friendly and personable. They always do a great job and truly want their customers to be happy with the results. Highly recommend. Oh, and they offer beverage service! read more

I've been here three now. First I saw Brandon and second visit I saw the owner, Chinh (chin). Both experiences were superb. Great atmosphere for such a little place. It was very beautiful and inviting both with the decor and customer service. I went to the same place for 6 years and it became my families go to as well. Since I moved however, it's now too long of a drive. I've tried FIVE other places that ended up being horrible. Pretty Nails is now our families go to! Not only closer that most of the others, but also has been such a relaxing and relief of a experience. Tell them Kayla sent you! read more

I don't even know where to begin here- I decided to give this place a try despite the fact last time I tried to come they were rude. I should have stayed away. Ugh. The older gentleman who did my full set and pedicure was extremely nice BUT EXTREMELY UNTRAINED. Oh my gosh. My set of nails is appalling. Seriously embarrassed. My cuticles are bleeding. The entire nail is connected to my skin. My pedicure took 20 minutes- he literally dabbed the polish on- no clean edges or even polish. They are all different lengths. Needless to say I walked out almost crying wishing I could have not wasted the money I saved for the last 4 months to get this done. read more

My mom and I decided to go and get a new set put on, because, well, gotta pamper now that Covid restrictions are loosening. I walked in apprehensive, my nails were nubs due to biting and I had a severe injury on my thumb that had me sensitive. Chinh was my tech and she gave me some great recommendations immediately. She saw my destroyed thumb nail and went "I can fix that" and she did! I no longer have to rock creepy Franken-nail and I have a fabulous set of nails, as well! Thanks, Chinh! I'll definitely be back! read more

Very good pedicures, nice decore, lots of pedicure stations. Good selection of nail polishes.

My nail tech tried to paint my nails before she even corrected their shape. My nails were literally lopsided. Literally had to pull back and tell her that she needed to fix them. She's a very sweet but i will never come back. read more

Based on the good-great Yelp reviews we were really looking forward to trying out a new place. I am quite disappointed to report how disappointed we were as I had high hopes. My girlfriend had a very nice gal and I a very nice gentleman. However the quality of our pedicures was not too great. Cut our toe nails but barely filed them so we had to do so once we got home. My girlfriend ended up with a better polish job than I did. I will need to go elsewhere for a polish change. I also thought it was odd (still an hour plus from closing time) I was asked to get up while still drying and use their ATM so I could pay them. A bit bizarre. At any rate, we won't be returning. OC is filled with a lot of salons we have been too with much better results. read more
