My first time visiting, I went to Tom for my gel pedicure and he was wonderful. This second time, I went to Krystal for my pedicure and she was so kind and did an excellent job on the pedicure. Her massage was so relaxing and refreshing. I am so happy Mindy has multiple talented and kind partners. I have to update my review. I had thought that my nails were just overly sensitive this time around because they hurt badly when the nails and acrylic were applied as well as a day or two after. I decided to let my nails rest after having them removed and found that five nails were filed through and had bleeding under the nail enough scab. This was not fresh blood from removal. They are now splitting and ripping down to the quick where they were filed too much. I really wanted to like this place because the staff was so nice but I have to leave an honest review about the quality of service. I did warn them before getting them done that my nails are on the thin side and to please not file much. read more

Gave this place another shot and they disappointed again . Went in last month for the first time to get a pedicure. The place is nice and they do serve drinks and snacks sometimes. However the quality of the service was not good. The massage was great. They take their time with that part. But when it came to do my acrylic for my big toe(I like the square look) it was rushed. Even the nail polish. I literally had clear nail polish all over my toes. 2 days later the acrylic fell off my big toe. Today I went back to give it another chance cause you know sometimes you just get the right person. This time the acrylic is so thick that it doesn't even look like it's my toe anymore. I went here to get my eyebrows waxed ended up getting my lashes done (the worst part). she ended up telling me I should get my face waxed so I said okay my face absolutely broke out after the facial wax bc of the oil, she said she did lashes so I thought id get them done, painful experience, on top of that they were so uneven and when I asked her to fix the side, she said it's fine it's because of my natural lashes, she glued my bottom lash to my top lash by accident and ripped it apart which was so painful, my eyes where burning after, and she repeatedly told me I could come back tomorrow and she would fix the side and the burn, and would have to pay!! i told her I couldn't come back so if she could please fix them she then became more irri and aggressive while fixing and made it so painful, I ended up just paying $139 and leaving !! i had to go to a whole other professional to get them removed and it took them all day to get all the chunks of lashes extensio glue stuck on my eyelid! do not let these people touch your face skin or nails!! so unsani and unprofessional! read more

I was sent to emergency room because of Mindy. It was determined that I had chemical burns in both eyes. I suffered greatly with her trying to remove it and visited another salon to get the job removed and lashes cut which took 2 additional hours. The other shop determined that Mindy used super glue instead of lash glue. This place still has not provided their proper insurance information. The numbers provided said the policy has lapsed. Another contact says a policy doesnt exist. Whats worse is that all employees at the shop kept talking about how cute/sexy it looked. Untrustworthy, unsafe. read more

I had to leave without service rendered. I went in to get a gel pedicure and gel manicure. I had a male service provider and he was very rough when drilling/filing, so rough it hurt on almost every nail and I had to say ouch to get him to stop. The drilling method was also weird, it seemed like he was just drilling where he felt instead of using a technique, that is what cause uneven grooves in my nail and the pain. He held the file at a 60 degree and gel and was only using the top of the bit to remove the gel. It was painful. They also tried a gel polish remover I was allergic too, not their fault, but when I complained it was burning they brushed it off. I told them I was sensitive and mentioned I usually get acetone and foil. After my skin was red and swollen from the gel remover and my nails were thin and hurting from over drilling I asked them to stop. I told them I just wanted the manicure. It was difficult to get them to stop! They finally decided to use acetone and cotton like I requested on my toes but the damage was already done. They blamed me for being sensitive, so I decided I didn't want anything done at all. It was very difficult to leave, they were pushy about continuing the service. I had to ask many times for them to stop and used a towel to clean off my own feet. The lady doing my hands did remove the gel by wiping it away, but no alcohol or anything to fully remove it. I gave them $20 and left. I've never had to leave a salon before. I think they were trying to make me happy but we just did not mesh. I wish the business well in the future and hope they try a different gel removal method. read more

My mom and I wanted to get a fill done, we walk and the one lady there gets started with me for my fill and My mom mentioned she has acrylic on her nails and wanted them to redo the set because her nails were lifting then 15 minutes later the dude walks in and asks if she wants builder gel, and my mom like "Okay" like i said she mentioned she had acrylic on her nail, the dude starts filing off the nail polish.. doesn't file off the acrylic my mom says to stop and just remove the polish and they tried to get my mom to do the service all the workers are all around her trying convince her to do it and so my mom gets upset and doesn't do the service, also this place is so unsanitary, person A walks in and says "I want a manicure and a pedicure" perfect get the water on everything, person A puts her feet in then person A gets out and walks away go get something else done, person B walks in and says "I want a pedicure" they put person B feet in the same water as person A. I also was there for 2 and a half hours cause the older lady was taking forever to file. I was very much pissed off and then the workers start harassing my mom to get her service done, each one of them every 5 minutes tried getting her to do a service, there was also a lot of shit talking, making fun of Person A cause she couldn't walk, and filed Person A natural nail down and she specifically told The lady with a nose piercing that these were her natural nails. I won't be coming back here, They all are cunts and I would not waste my time coming here if I was you. And if person B sees this review with the ghost face nails, I am so sorry for your feet, We wanted to tell you but I already knew they didn't like us since we complained. read more

They rushed my service so my nails were crooked, the man cleaned the polish under my nails, and wouldn't even tell me the price after i asked multiple times. When the service was finished, I asked the price again and he told me $70. Mind you the cut was extremely short after i asked for "medium short length". Some lady asked me for a five star review then put her phone in my face while massaging my back which was extremely uncomfortable. The lady told me she would give me a discount but in the end im pretty sure i was charged the full amount. There is absolutely NO WAY this place should be in business, let alone have a rating remotely close to four stars (they have to be fake). Not only does the place need a thorough cleaning, but I paid nearly $200 for two pedicures and two manicures (one was gel), and when I tell you a sixth grader could have done a better Job, I am not kidding. If things couldn't get any worse, it took them close to four hours to get it all done. They kept making mistakes and trying to fix them; polish was thick and clunky, and the filing was terrible. I mean WHO files AFTER polishing?! This is not a practice class. Let me not even get started on the male customer who thought it a great idea to listen to his music on speaker above that which was already playing, whilst drinking a can of beer. Ghetto! I had naturally long nails and just wanted builder gel on top as well as a pedicure. I sat in the pedicure chair and one women started it and a gentleman, Eric, came over and started my manicure. The woman giving my pedicure had to leave so the owner Mindy came and finished my pedicure...totally fine. Then she started working on one of my hands while Eric was working on the other. I had a bad feeling but I didn't speak up. When they were finished my hands were two totally different lengths and shapes. I let them know I had to get to work but asked if I could come back the next day and they agreed so I paid and tipped 30% due to them being nice and I liked the way Eric did my one hand. When I came back the next day for my appointment with Eric he already had someone in his chair so I waited. They then shuffled the other customers around and Eric started on my nails, before I knew it I was being asked to shuffle around and Mindy was going to finish the final steps. Not happy but I agreed and just decided I would not be coming back. When we were done my nails didn't look amazing but it was fine.
