I just used this company (Superior Movers) to unload/move my 3 large PODs of garage and interior furnushings into my new home. These guys were terrific, they were transparent, curteous and eager to do a "Great" job that they exceeded my expectations. I used 4 guys who unloaded and moved stuff per my directions which they did in 3 hours including lunch. They could have stalled to increase their work hours at which they didn't. He in fact didn't try to inch past the 3rd hour increment, as they were sensitive of holding down cost for me or any customer. I highly RECOMMEND this team of Moe, Jason, Justin and Aaron and was so happy, gave each of them $25 tip. I infact have another POD and will use them when I'm ready to unload that one. We used Superior Movers to move across town from one house to another. They were great. We actually had to use them twice because the house we bought did not close as scheduled so we couldn't move into it, but we had to be out of our house that we sold. We did a medium move package to get all of our stuff from one house to the garage of the new house in one day. The four guys they sent (Cameron, Travis, Christian, & Matt) were great, really nice, and worked very quickly yet carefully. Four days later when we were able to move into the new house we had two more guys (Jason & Danquan) come to finish moving everything from the garage into the house, plus they helped me empty our storage pods and move heavy boxes from the first floor to the second floor of our house because they still had time within the 2 hours. Jason and Dan were super nice and really helpful. Superior movers worked well with me when things went wrong with the closing of my house and was one of the best, most customer-service friendly businesses through this whole closing of escrow delay ordeal. When I called to tell them we had some changes in the plan they said, "we'll help you, you're our customers now, we'll work something out with you so you can get the move completed." Moving furniture with lots of mirrors and glass is always challenging. All my nightstand and buffet were bubble wrapped and well taken care of. I had to get my mom moved, on a weekend, into an assisted living community on pretty short notice. Superior Movers was the only one I called who could accommodate me and then brought up that there is a senior discount that could apply. They gave me all of the details on the phone and after we booked it, they followed up via e-mail. They arrived right on time and were the nicest group of movers ever, during what was a very stressful situation for me. They were very fast and efficient and worked well together. The got everything perfectly set up for my mom and then headed to my house to store the rest of her things that wouldn't fit. They were super fast finishing that up. They were frequently running back and forth from the storage unit toad from the truck and again later from the truck to and from the house. I had hired another set of movers to put my belongings into storage and did not have a very positive experience; I wish I had found Superior Movers from the beginning. They worked with me to sort boxes into the appropriate rooms, never once did I see them sitting around or messing with their phones, and they had great attitudes and serious motivation the entire 5 hours of moving. They handled all of my belongings with care, put down pads to prevent scratching furniture and walls, and nothing was damaged along the way. Moving is always a pain, but these guys made it easy on us. Showed up on time, very courteous and professional. We knew that we would potentially need a second load (only down side of Superior is that their biggest truck is a 24'.), and we did. The boys never took a break, and worked at warped speed all day.
