Mike came in to install the outlet and he had all the material ready to install immediately. He not only install the outlet but also fixed a loosened wire nearby to make the area safer. He is nice to work with and efficient, speedy but not rushing the work. The rate is reasonable, charged by the time spend instead of a flat rate. I reached out to one technician. They charged an unbelievably low price. I then called Leo from Kai Electric to price shop. Leo picked up and was very nice on the phone. He quoted me over the phone based on my description of the issue. But he told me if the first guy was serious, it was a good price. So I called back the first guy. Through a series of unfortunate events, it became very clear to me that Leo was right. The first guy was unserious and unprofessional. I called Leo back. He came out the NEXT MORNING to confirm the price and take pictures. He sent me a reminder text the day before. They were on time the morning of. He had previously advised that I would be without power for approximately 6 hours to replace the panel. I was out for exactly six hours. He and his workers were friendly, efficient, and professional. He even installed a GFCI outlet, which was something that we found during his work and not previously quoted. I have a Tesla and will be calling Kai Electric back out to install my EV charger. So yeah, I definitely recommend them for your power needs!
