But Today I'm cleaning a ceiling fan and notice the shutter frame still has a lot of dirt on it. The work was done 3 1/2 weeks ago. In speaking with Garrett, owner, today he informed me that the only the blinds are cleaned and a courtesy wipe across the frame. I did not have any idea that the request made to clean the blinds would be literally only the blinds and nothing else. If you choose to use this service I highly recommend you ensure your expectation matches the service requested. Because of this most likely I won't be using this company in the future. If you select this company make sure you know exactly was is being. Cleaned. During the conversation today with Garrett he reiterated numerous times about how much of a discount he had given me...for me...it's far more about quality than price.

After being very satisfied with the pricing, we went ahead and got the ball moving. Turnaround time was great! I really appreciate the sincerity of all of the business owners/technicians that came out and replaced my screens. My house not only looks better, it's noticeably cooler/darker. They use a solution that doesn't get rinsed, they squeegee it off the window. They started with the outside first. I had them do the screens too. They were quick. Then came in to do the inside.
