Mike prefers to bid jobs. His bid actually seemed low to me for all the work I wanted him to do…read more Mike works very meticulously, he is a details guy. This translates to excellent work and he isn't fast because of it. But he is very good, so it's ok. I ended up giving Mike a substantial tip, because he did such great work, and he was at my home much longer than I expected. I hired Mike to do windows and a lot more on a single house. I had him clean and wash the roof which had been covered with oak tree mulch for years. I had him power wash all exterior walls, and finally clean all windows and screens. In hindsight, I realize he does this for a living and bids jobs all the time. My point is that I doubt Mike under-bid my job, he just doesn't price gouge. He offers a fair price for excellent work. Finally, I cannot leave out mentioning that Mike is the kind of person who you can trust in your home. You will know what I mean right away when you meet him. He is hard working, professional appearing, a good communicator, sticks to his job and doesn't banter or make small talk. He just comes to do the job, and he will even call a couple days later to see if you noticed anything he may have missed. I'd hire Mike again for sure.

I put the house on the market faster than expected and needed my windows cleaned with very little notice. I spoke with Winpro on the phone and was very impressed with how professional and not pushy he was. I had a limited schedule and he accommodated it. He did the windows on a Sunday which helped out a lot. The communication and responsiveness was fantastic. They were super friendly, communicated some problems (a few of my screens were just falling apart) and we fixed it. And a bonus is that they actually didn't have to do as much as quoted and voluntarily charged me less! And the price was reasonable before they took some off. I highly, highly recommend Winpro. I've had other window cleaners that were more expensive and didn't nearly as good of a job. Best window cleaners in Phoenix! I will use again.
