I have become "that girl". We bought a house, and like most short sales and foreclosures, the carpets left much to be desired. They were in fairly decent shape, they just needed a good cleaning. So, after hearing Melinda Lee plug COIT on KNX1070 at least seventy-five hundred times, I decided to call. I have a huge house - lots of square feet, so i knew it wouldn't be cheap. On the phone, the lady was nice and quoted me $400 for the entire house. I thought this was a smokin' deal, so I scheduled an appointment. It wasn't until my husband called me when the guy arrived and told me it was going to be an additional $300, did I think I got scammed. Apparently they don't do quotes over the phone. I got two different stories. Bless my husband, but he would have gotten taken advantage of if it wasn't for my sparkling personality and killer negotiation skills. I told him to pay the guy ONLY what we had agreed on and just do the downstairs, and we would find another company. An hour later, my husband calls to tell me that there is a carpet cleaning truck parked across the street! What are the chances??? Jesus parted the clouds and put this van in plain view so we didn't get screwed. So, he called the number, and they said they would send someone out that same afternoon to finish the job for a very reasonable price. Not only is Jason a really cool guy, he is honest, hardworking, did a great job, and didn't tell me one thing and do another. I love no nonsense people! Zachary came out to assess it the day we called him and had an estimate for us that same day. He was very honest and thorough by stating what our options were and what the pros and cons were. When it carne time to do the work his crew was amazing. They did everything he said they would do, and they were very friendly and knowledgeable, too. They cleared the water damaged and replaced the drywall so well it doesn't even look like we ever had an incident. The rate was very reasonable, too. We did have to make a deposit first, and then pay final payment when the work was complete which I expected and is fair. Overall we are VERY pleased and will use him and his services again. I spoke to Edgar who was very attentive and professional and was promptly sent Jose the same day who gave me a very reasonable estimate for the drywall repair and painting for my walls and ceiling due to a pipe reroute. Upon asking when he could start the job if I selected LNP, he told me he could be here the next day at 7:00 am. The next day Jose showed up promptly at 7:00, as promised, and every morning thereafter until the job was complete. Jose worked quickly but did quality work with much attention to detail. Jose consistently explained what he was doing each day and cleaned up everyday before leaving for his next job. I would definitely use LNP painters again and in fact I received another reasonable estimate for other painting jobs including my kitchen cabinets that I am considering having done in the near future by LNP.
