From the very first conversation via email, Todd (owner) took great care to answer all questions. He then took about 30 minutes with me when I first visited their beautiful, clean and very organized operation on Florida Ave. They have a total team focused on making the buying experience as easy as possible, as well as many years working with HYybrids and understanding how to find the best used cars on the market. We were very happy with the overall inventory which turns over quickly so there are always new cars to consider daily. They check every car and I felt that they will be great partners in teh future if this vehicle needs any service or work. Had a great experience and drove away with a really nice Lexus ES300! Thanks Todd, Mike and the rest of the team. We'll always refer people looking for a good deal on clean and well-serviuced vehicles!!

This car is entirely rust free. Todd and Susan worked with my wife and me to arrange the paperwork for the sale in 24 hours. When they learned that we could only fly in to pick it up on a weekend due to my wife's work schedule, they bent over backward to arrange the pick up for a Sunday morning at 7 am. They double checked the car so that she could feel confident getting in it and starting a 1535 mile journey to Vermont. I can't say enough good about the car and about the purchase experience! Love the vehicle and we'll be back.

I even have a Mazda case number in a Mazda customer service experience representative on the case and explain this to them it would be no cost to the dealership because it would be reimbursed by Mazda corporation but whoever runs their service department didn't even give me the opportunity to bring the vehicle in they just said no go to the place where you got it worked out before which is over an hour away. It's a 2018 CX five that was having some odor coming into the cabin air I don't think it would be that complicated to fix but I was really put off by how I was dismissed from their service manager . As a result of this I refused to buy a single vehicle from this Mazda dealership I'll go over to Clearwater instead were there a lot friend . I would like to send a message to the owner of this particular Mazda dealership in Brandon that if you keep having your service managers treat your customers like this they're not gonna come back to buy another vehicle from you.

Dear Brandon Ford Management,…read more I have been a customer of Brandon Ford for several years and have purchased multiple vehicles from your dealership. In particular, my salesperson, Tee Carrington, has always been very professional and knowledgeable. He is a true credit to the sales staff at Brandon Ford Jerry H.

Finally got a call back on Sept 24th and he wanted me to bring car in again and get another loner to again try to figure it out for the 5th time. Sorry too little too late. Couldn't even get back to me when he said he would. I will never deal with this dealership or service department again. I don't think they realize how much time, money and effort goes into bringing the car back again and again for the same reason. If I could give them a zero rating, I would.

That car had sold - but - Kush got us one just like it and at a fantastic price that kept us on budget. We did most of the paperwork from home that night. Knowledgeable, efficient, honest, kind, all the things. The whole crew (Ali Haydoura in finance/ Larry from service/ Arri from the floor - everyone) went above and beyond for us and we really appreciated it. We simply asked where we should go for assistance, and her reaction made it seem like we were interrupting her day. There was no welcoming attitude, no willingness to help--l just visible frustration that we approached her. Customer service is the first impression of any business, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I've had. Interactions like this reflect poorly on the dealership as a whole. If someone is working in a customer-facing or service department, there should be a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Based on this experience, I would not return.

It looks like dealership's reviews need some major updating. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! (Both…read more sales AND service). While my wife and I were considering purchasing a Nissan, (and we were not in the market right at that moment), one salesman quickly became two, and the two then became THREE, all ganging up on me, all acting like they were my new best friends, saying "We really would like to see you in a new car.," flattering me and trying to charm me into giving them a yes, all while they were trying to pit me against my wife. A TOTAL TURNOFF. I don't need three people trying to convince me to make a purchase, especially threeA desperate sales people. (I say this from he point of view of having been in sales myself, so I knew their game.) But the service department was even worse. On two separate occasions, they attempted to bully her into getting additional, very expensive service that her car did not need. She was very suspicious because they were very pushy about it, so she took her care for a second opinion at Complete Automotive, a company that has a superior rating with Yelp and will not offer a service that a car does not need. They agreed that Maus was playing games with her. On another occasion, my wife wanted one thing done for service that only an authorized dealership would be able to do. I don't know exactly what was involved in it, but while doing their work, they came up with a list of numerous additional items that they said needed to be serviced, totalling around $6000. When she refused, the woman working with her became snide and pushy, and gave he an entire list of all that needed to be done, then insisted that my wife sign each item stating that she was refusing the service, WORSE, the woman told her that they would not return my wife's keys until she signed the papers. YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP! The commercials make the owner of this dealership look like the nice guy next door, but it all starts at the top. We noticed this type of behavior at BOTH of their stores, one in Brooksville the other in Pasco County. If he has true integrity (which I doubt), he would fire EVERYONE at his stores, from sales managers, to sales, to service managers and service workers and start from scratch. It would be great business decision and good for PR, but when has this dealership ever had integrity? STAY AWAY FROM MAUS!
