    A newer update: we've been at the shop now for over 2 hours. They put in a replacement used battery (the 3rd battery they've put in 2 months) and we couldn't even leave the lot without running into the same issue. So now they have to take out the one they just spent 2 hours putting in, and put another *FOURTH* battery. Unreal! We bought our car here thinking it was a reliable dealer based on the reputation. We were wrong. Don't be fooled like us! An update: 4 days after purchasing our used car, the hybrid battery died! I was really upset, because the car wouldn't even turn on. I called the shop and the owner Todd was nice and had us bring the car in, and he replaced the battery. BUT now it has been about 8 weeks and the *replacement battery* he put in is dead. We called and read him the codes, and he confirmed the hybrid battery has failed. Luckily it is still under warranty and we will be going back to have a THIRD battery put in. On one hand I'm glad they're honoring their warranty, on the other hand this wasn't a cheap car and for us to have to bring it back twice in 2.5 months for failed batteries is kind of ridiculous. Thus my change from 5 star to 3 stars. I am betting they will put in another crummy battery that will last ~just past~ the warranty date before it fails smh

    SCAM ALERT! Just like all the other reviews say, do not go to this bait and switch used car dealer…read more DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY CASH!! They will LIE, LIE, LIE to you to get you on the lot, and try to talk you into giving them cash down on cars they do not even have on their lot. I called this place Friday, inquired about a car I saw on their website at a low price. My instinct was that this was another shady car lot trying to scam people. So I called them. I spoke to Giuseppe, who said he was a salesman, and I asked him about the all the fees and for him to give me the out-the-door total price including tax, tag, and title, and I was bringing a plate to transfer, and I am paying cash, no financing. The $16,300 car would be in the $17k range, and absolutely NOT over $18k out the door everything included. I again asked him specifically about the dealer fees, internet pricing, and the paying cash fee. He said don't worry about those, it will be under $18k total. They can waive those fees. He said the car was sitting outside and looks beautiful and I could drive it away today if I came in now. I told him I'll call back Saturday and come then. I asked him about these fees because on their website's fine print, that probably no one but me reads, it says they may add a $1000 dealer/ reconditioning fee, and the advertised prices listed are after $2000 down payment, plus add up to 20% more based on the total price, if you are a cash buyer. This 20% additional fee for cash buyers is to make up for the lost interest and kickbacks they get when selling the car via financing. Next day I called and spoke to GiGi?? and they said I need to set an appointment or I can't come in to buy the car. I gave her my info, told her what I wanted to buy, only 1 specific car, and I asked if the car was still sitting on their lot, she checked and confirmed it was sitting out front and ready for me to test drive then buy. Since I buy a lot of vehicles, I am good at spotting scams, so I still felt uneasy about these fees being waived and asked her what the price was. She confirmed it would be no more than $18k out the door, all in, total. I showed up for my appt, there were a lot of shade looking people hanging around the lot that looked like crack heads, enough to give you a very uneasy, unsafe feeling, like you need to watch your back and your wallet, and maybe need to be packing a gun. The lot was packed 4 cars deep bumper to bumper. No one was wearing a Covid-19 mask except for me and the extra driver I brought with me to drive my new car home. We walked the small lot packed with about 50 cars total, not 165 like their website advertises they have in stock. We did not see the car I was coming to buy. Thought maybe they're still prepping it. A young lady named Maggie greeted and asked to assist me. I told her I'm here to see and buy a car and had an appt. After about 20 minutes of talking to her, and her going to talk to the owner a couple times, she told me the car has not made it to the lot yet, that it was at a mechanic shop nearby getting certified and ready, and that shop was closed, but I can put down cash to hold the car and come back in 3 to 7 days to see and buy it. I said I'm not putting cash down on any car they don't even have on the lot and I can't inspect. She also said the out the door price was $22k cash, not the $18k the other 2 reps lied to me and told me. I asked Maggie why the other reps lied to me to get me to drive an hour there, she said she did not know why they did that, but she hears the same story from a lot of people that come to buy cars there. This car lot lies and tells you anything to get you on their ghetto hood rat lot, then try's to get cash down from you for a car they don't have on the lot. This car lot is only there to rip off people that their sales staff can con into giving them money. They will lie about cars they don't even have, tell you fake out the door prices, and ask you for cash deposits, that I am sure the buyer never gets back. BUYER BEWARE - Sadly Florida is full of these con-artist car lots that prey on the trust and innocence of others.

They even have a disclaimer inside on all their tables that basically says the online prices do not include a host of fees. I've personally seen people walk out of their office furious and I understand why now. If you care about your credit and not being screwed over, then you will not go here either. They are walking a very fine line of operating immorally and what appears to be fraudulently. They're using predatory practices to trap people who are ignorant of how credit works. I wanted to test drive a car and the guy said they have to run my credit before allowing me to test drive a car. Pair this with them being extremely understaffed. Every time I've been there, they had no time to help me. There are 10 to 15 people shopping for cars and maybe 4 to 6 people working. This is the 2nd time I went there. The first time, I called ahead of time and asked if a car was available. They looked it up and said yes. When I got there, they basically said the car had been sold a while ago. Straight lied to me. I was furious after driving from Clearwater to Tampa. I got one of their salesmen's number to get updates on cars in my price range. I texted him a few times and never heard back. Super unprofessional. I doubt how they operate is illegal but it's shame that they are preying on people in this manner. I will contact the Florida state attorney general and the CFPB to report this and verify if this isn't illegal. PROS: None. Feels like scam the minute you step out of your car. CONS: False advertising, predatory practices, unprofessional, understaffed, cars are somewhat filthy, high fees, mix-match tires.

Me and my husband now have 2 cars one with issues and both still no title. Every time Mike is contacted he is rude and brushes it off and says it's not his problem. We placed a $1,500 deposit on a vehicle and were allowed to take it home before financing was finalized. At the dealership, we were told we were approved but that the paperwork could not be completed that night because it was getting late. We were told to come back and follow up to finish everything. We returned that Sunday to finalize paperwork and were told they could not assist us. Over the next several days, we called repeatedly asking for copies of what we signed and confirmation of financing. Every time we called, we were given a different explanation as to why nothing was ready. This continued all week until we ultimately returned the vehicle the following Friday when financing did not go through. At no point were we given copies of the paperwork we signed when we first left the dealership, which made the entire situation confusing and stressful. Communication throughout this process was extremely frustrating and, at times, unprofessional. During one call, the manager, Jorge, repeatedly addressed me as "honey" after I asked him to stop, told me to "pull my big girl pants up," said that not everything revolves around me, and stated he was "giving me a taste of my own medicine." When I explained that I am autistic and overwhelmed, the tone did not change and the call ended abruptly. When the vehicle was returned, we were then presented with conditional delivery paperwork outlining mileage, reconditioning, and other unwind fees. Being allowed to leave without documentation, experiencing repeated delays in getting answers, and then being presented with fee calculations at the end created a very negative and stressful experience. Customers should never leave a dealership without copies of everything they sign. Transparency and professionalism matter, especially during financial transactions. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing here to: * insist on copies of all signed documents immediately * fully understand conditional delivery terms * document all communication Our experience was frustrating, stressful, and could have been avoided with clear documentation and professional communication from the start.

I called up Carlos late in the day with an AC issue, and despite the shop getting ready to close, he didn't hesitate to say, "Come on by, we'll take a look." That right there? Rare. That's real customer service. The whole experience felt like I was being welcomed into a family shop. No pressure, no upsells, no nonsense--just honest, quality work. He diagnosed the problem, topped off the Freon, and had me back to blowing cold air fast. Total cost? $150 for Freon. In this heat, that's a steal. You can't put a price on cold air in an Orlando summer, but if you did, $150 from a trustworthy mechanic like Carlos is a bargain. AC patched up? Feeling taken care of? Found a reliable hybrid shop just outside downtown Orlando? I'll definitely be calling Carlos again the next time my AC decides to take a Florida summer vacation. I also tried to remove the driver handle on my own on my 2010 Prius when I couldn't get it back on the shop helped me at no cost. Very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable technicians.
