Easy to deal with but I was looking for a 5th wheel towing truck. I talked about it and asked about the 5th wheel setup. Found a tremor with a 5th wheel prep package. Dealer did not mention that a tremor has 20% less towing capacity. Found that out after I got the truck and joined a social media group. So they sold a truck and I'm limited to looking for a smaller 5th wheel for 5 adults and a grand child. read more

I literally cannot figure out why this place won't sell me a vehicle. Ive bought new expeditions, f250s and not one came from Brandon Ford. Staff wasn't rude but could have cared less. Tried to buy a new Ranger for my son this weekend. The trucks were blocked in (plus it wasn't the year or model we were interested in) and he would .....have to "move all these other trucks" He said he had some others but they were "-sigh- down at the other lot". The rep/ the person that check you in which was Emily Negron took her time coming to check me in. Thanks to Mike, who work there had to go find Emily. Emily didn't have my car pull around and again Mike saw me standing out side waiting for my car and Mike said I got you and thats how I got my car. There is no sticker inside the car showing when I should come back for an oil change. If it wasn't for Mike I would give Brandon Ford a zero star and lastly they was not busy and Emily couldn't remember me or which car go to who. experience made an appointment. I was turned away as a result of the age of my vehicle that straight up age discrimination to the core. The appointment was scheduled well in advance, and I several up until the very of the appointment waiting in line to discover I was turned away for vehicle age discrimination. Any professional organization at least be considerate of a potential customer. at least forewarn all customers of this discriminative policy. rather than have them waste their time making an appointment. Jake one of the sales managers had run a credit check on a truck my husband was interested in purchasing , he was approved on the loan and the truck was put on hold. While on his way to pick it up at the dealership Jake sold it to someone that walked in the door. Very unethical. Save your self an unfortunate experience and take your business eslewhere. The only explanation we were given when we arrived at the dealership was it was very unfortunate but they sold the truck to someone else. This experience is surprising since they strive for 5 stars. I've brought my vehicle to Brandon Ford before and had no issues. It's a 2024 F150 and I needed to bring it to them again because the sunroof is leaking. when I called today to make an appointment. I was told that Brandon Ford was going to charge me a $199 service fee to look at it and determine if it's covered under warranty at what point does Ford and Ford dealerships take responsibility for failures on a vehicle that was bought a year prior my truck has 18,000 miles on it and they're trying to tell me that the leaking sunroof might not be covered under warranty and they're going to charge me $199 to find out shame on you Brandon Ford I won't ever be back to you. read more

Set an appointment for my 2012 Ford F250 to be serviced at Brandon Ford. I had stopped in and made an appointment at the front desk. Later I rescheduled that appointment to drop off early a.m. I took half a day off work to do so and on arrival was told they won't work on any vehicles older than 10 years old. When I inquired, why wasn't I told this at the time I made the appointment Marty the technician just shrugged his soldiers and said I don't know that's per my manager. I said you realize you just wasted my whole day plus another employees day of having to come out and pick me up Marty again just shrugged his shoulders. It's a long story....... No more RV, so it left us with a leased Toyota. Dave misses having a truck and I'm like what do we need a truck for? So we have been researching small trucks, mostly on YouTube. He's been wanting a hybrid truck for a long time. Along comes the adorable Ford Maverick! Next step-Find one for sale. He decided on the Lariat model, 2.5 Hybrid, Blind Spot Detection, faux leather seats, tow package, radar activated emergency stop and many more features. So we headed up to Brandon Ford, a high volume dealer about two hours away. When we arrived there was literally a gauntlet of salesmen at the front door lol! Not a bad thing. We were approached by Andreas Lopez, salesman extraordinaire! He was very well versed and knowledgeable about the Ford Maverick. He promptly took us to see a Lariat and it was love at first sight lol. The color is Atlas Blue and she or he is adorable! We sat in all the seats. Dave wanted to make sure that I was comfortable in the passenger seat. We took a test drive and bingo,,the next thing I know we were in negotiations with Kevin the sales manager who has a great personality! A few minutes later we have a deal! The whole thing took about 4 hours. Dave finally met "Q", the finance person and we were finally on our way home! Me in my Rave 4 and Dave in his adorable little truck with all the extras. So I went in trying to purchase a new truck. I was comfortable either getting a Ranger or F150 depending on the sales and everything so it wasn't a matter of money necessarily. Before I get there, I've already talked to the sales rep about my trade offer, and I have proof of estimates from other dealerships because I've been shopping. I sat around waiting for my sales rep for like 20 minutes and finally got to see the car and I really liked it. Eventually came down to talk into the sales manager and let me tell you, I don't know where they pulled this big grizzly buffoon from, but as he sat there with a pompous attitude, he gives me the rundown on why the estimate I just received for the truck I've been looking at is so high. A big chunk of it was the fact that he was lowballing me for my trade-in that I already knew what it was worth and I'm talking about like four grand less. He didn't seem to wanna entertain any conversations and I pretty much wasted my entire time there. They like to market it like they're the cheapest or more most affordable Ford dealership, but I'm gonna tell you right now they're definitely not. A simple tire rotation and check up and i was on my way but I have to say the service here is incredible, super nice and very professional. So I bought a car here in 2022. Great experience. Since then I have had my car serviced here exclusively. It is a good dealer (as dealers go). Yes they do some annoying things like all dealers BUT they are fair and respond well to customer feedback. Sales: easiest sales experience ever. Very nice people. Service: generally fine, expect some long wait times as they are always insanely busy. Also the service lane is major chaos at all times. Be careful! Service advisors are fine and the cashier and parts folks are good. Rental/courtesy: fine. Excellent staff and fair policies. Keep in mind if you are not getting warranty work done they won't want to give you a loaner, but if you push sometimes they will do it. Overall for a Ford dealer it's a good value. Then went online to Brandon they had the same trucks for a bit less. Met John my Salesman right away and off we went, he spent hours with my wife and I. I'm 7'0 tall and don't fit in a lot of vehicles, he was patient and confident we could hit my punch list of feature's. This was the fastest, simplest experience I've had at a car service spot. We set up an appointment and it felt like the appointment was actually honored, unlike many places. We pulled up, gave some info, agreed to the service being done, handed the keys, crossed the street to eat at a Latin American restaurant (HIGHLY recommend eating there. Soooo good.), and less than an hour later, we we're receiving the call that the car was ready. I'm talking done in about 40 mins. Review Brandon Ford My opinion of this place is GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I received a notice that my vehicle needed a repair and that Ford would cover it. Ok. And it was only expected to take half a day. When arriving at Brandon Ford. The place is jammed with vehicles and little room to park. (We needed 2 cars in order to leave one.) You are funneled into a toll booth type area and you drop your keys with them and leave. My son was told 1-3 days WTH! So I went to the toll booth with the employee that took the request, and was told that is how long it takes. They have to " diagnose" what is wrong with the car and if the TSB is NOT the problem I would need to pay a $200.00 diagnosis fee. Now mind you I am standing in the travel lane for vehicles in order to talk to this person. And to boot, it is an actual cold day and rainy and miserable. After the fee is mentioned, I told him we will take the car back. You know "something" else would have been wrong and there goes $200. This place is over booked and most likely short staffed, if it will take 1-3 DAYS to replace a 30 minute, $75.00 part. That FORD is paying for. Again don't go here. I went to another dealership less than 30 minutes away and it was done in HALF A DAY. Dropped it off at 0900 and it was ready at 1330. read more

My salesperson was Malcom. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Every single person at this dealership was amazing to work with, even the ones who weren't working on my sale specifically. The finance person, the manager, other salespeople, pretty much every employee I came into contact with was great to me. My biggest fear was being lowballed on my trade in. That DIDN'T happen!!!! I was offered a reasonable value that I didn't have to try and negotiate. What I expected to get on trade in value was within less than $1000 difference. I always purchase my trucks from an out of state dealership due to the high cost of trucks in my home state of Arizona (due to high demands). I spend a couple of months of research and am methodical in selecting my vehicles. I always do a nation wide search; once I narrow the trucks down I contact the dealerships to get their out the door price. Some dealerships have a low online listing cost but add thousands to the out the door price. My experience with Brandon Ford was nothing but excellent! They had a huge selection of trucks on site. They were quick to respond to questions and didnt play the back and forth games. If you're from out of state, just know that you have to be present to sign the contract. I notified my salesman, Sam, of my flight schedule and asked that the documents be ready for when I arrived. Everything was exactly as we had previously agreed to. Sam gave me a full tank of diesel and did the vehicle walk through. During that time, he noticed one of the floor mats was missing so he went and got one for me. I was in and out of the dealership quickly, which I was grateful for since I had to get on the road right away. After the sale, the dealership's sales manager Kevin Stone contacted me to ensure everything had gone well and asked that I call him should I have any questions regarding the vehicle and all it's functions. Afetr this brief discussion and her very unenthusiastic attitude, sounding like she could care less if I bring the vehicle to them or not... The staff was exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and helpful despite me clearly not using their Ford Services. In the hours that I waited for Triple A Towing, numerous members of their staff stopped to check in to see if I needed anything (food/water/etc) and I can't thank them enough! I had a scheduled appointment for 1pm and it is now 3:38pm and I'm still waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. I needed the 30K miles service done, but I was told that it would take about 5 hours to do. I think they could have told me that when I made my appointment for the 30K miles service. We left, as we are walking back to our car he almost ran us over while returning the car we were looking at.
