After a 172-point inspection you would think someone would catch this!! 6 - 8 hours looking over a vehicle is a long time with a lot to do! I seen it but it took 3 days but then again, I am not an inspection mechanic. oh, how could I forget I don't even have a spare tire or jack!!, I mean talk about safety!! Glad I had not driven off into some back country, with No Cell service, No Spire Tire, Transmission got so hot from having no fluid the engine caught on fire!! Who Knows? anything possible, this is why we buy "Certified Preowned Vehicle" for safety and reliability of our family.

I gave him a Chance to fix the car even offered to pay half of what he was charging me almost 1k when everyone else wanted 700. very very bad attitude takes no blame whatsoever for he's work. the car only has done 1,400 miles since the transmission work and 6 months as this is a vacation vehicle. when I tried to pick up my vehicle it wouldn't start, they had killed my battery idk doing what. Had to wait a day for him to restart my vehicle. fyi also took forever when he first worked on the transmission. Almost a month.

Bennette's Auto Repair is a mechanic shop on another level. I have done business with many…read moredifferent auto shops in my lifetime and in contrast, the service is literally like night and day! For starters, the customer service is consistently top of the line. If for some reason they miss your call, they call you back promptly even if you didn't leave a voice message. I've found most mechanics to be terrible at answering their phone at all. The ones that do answer are very short with you and seem inconvenienced if asked more than 2-3 basic questions. In comparison, these guys are friendly, enthusiastic, and actually helpful! They work with your schedule as best as they can and even recommend the best local businesses for work they don't perform i.e. auto body shop. Don't just take my word for it; do yourself a favor and call them; even just to get info regarding your specific need. From the initial phone call, you'll see what I'm talking about. Even more importantly, Bennett's Auto Shop is honest and operates with integrity. My very first experience with them was when my car started making an alarming rattling sound while driving on the highway. I was sure it would be a minimum of several hundred dollars in repair. Bennet made a way to fit me in the schedule toward the end of the day, took the time to jack the car up, and saw that a simple loose screw was causing all the racket. He was completely transparent, and even showed my husband what he had found. How many of you know that the majority of places nowadays would have slapped you with a large bill and you wouldn't even be informed of the simplicity of the repair. With that being said, we weren't even charged for the service. If you're looking for a place that you can trust, you've found it! This place holds themselves to a higher standard and they conduct business with a spirit of excellence. I highly recommend Bennett's Auto and I'll be referring anyone who is in need of a mechanic, as It's truly one of a kind!

Was blown away by how busy these guys were and how nice their lot looked, especially for just opening up. The quality and selection of the vehicles was really amazing, especially compared to what I was finding at many other local independent dealers. Met with Ron Reese personally, who is one of the owners here. Not only did he work out a heck of a deal but he was one of the most upfront and genuine people I think I have ever met on a car lot. Really appreciated his approach and time. Definitely check these guys out as they have been nothing but good to me and I know how hard it can be to find someone you can really trust out there.
