If I could give these people 0 stars I would . This company took my basic ford ranger transmission and literally couldn't get it right at all . They gave me my truck back 7 times in a row and each time they told me that my truck was good to go and it wasent . My truck completely crapped out on me towards the end and not even to mention that the 6TH TIME I BROUGHT IT BACK YES THE 6TH TIME they pulled my transmission and they pierced a valve in my engine that they literally had to replace the entire engine not even to mention when they gave me the truck back it literally completely broke down on me In the middle of knowhere after having it for one month I seriously can't even believe it and as I'm righting this review they have my truck for the seventh time and it's cause I'm Stuck with the warranty cause I payed 3000 dollars for a transmission with these people . When it comes to cars, you want someone loyal to take care of your car. That is how I felt coming to Jeff's transmission. Had a huge issue with the car and had to take it to the dealer which was a really bad idea! because they are a complete rip off! My brother found this place and they were so down to earth and truly make the customers like family members! He diagnosed the car without any charges and told me how much it would cost and how long it takes. Very honest and up to his word. I believe I worked with Joe, but there are few individuals there that I spoke with and all had outstanding customer service! They took care of the car and like they said within 10 days it would be fixed, it was done! I dont recall the lady's name but she was just as amazing by answer my phone call, text. Really amazing place, staff here. They take good care of your car and are honest. They also honor Veterans and have some discount, so I would take advantage of that. Absolutely incredible service... my BMW gave me a transmission error & had to have my car towed here. They did a free diagnosis & discovered it was an engine error masking as a transmission issue. During this time, I moved several hours away & wasn't able to pick the car up for several weeks. They kept everything safe in storage & still didn't charge me a thing. My car decided to illuminate the check engine light and periodically blink the transmission overdrive light. Other than that, it was driving like its normal self... Stupid fast. I'm quite comfortable diagnosing check engine codes and driving by the light of the friendly orange glow. But, the transmission light was new and subsequent research suggested something might actually be wrong. Due to the fact that my transmission is "built" (not-stock), I was recommended to come here. I made an appointment since I was in no particular hurry and the gentleman behind the counter said he would have the owner, Jeff, look at the situation personally. I also noticed a myriad of personal, signed letters on the wall from satisfied customers. After a thorough diagnosis, I was informed that the car is working fine. There is no real transmission or torque converter problem. The engine computer is just slightly annoyed that the lockup during overdrive operation is not happening as expected. The only solution is to have the computer reprogrammed, again, but they assured me it is safe to drive and I'm good to go. Total cost for the thorough diagnosis? $0.00 Jeff's transmission just found a loyal customer and I'm happy to recommend this local, honest business to anyone who needs tranny work on their vehicle. read more

Jeff and his staff are amazing! Bought a used car for my son and shortly after the transmission started freezing between gears. I took it to THREE mechanics, first one didn't take warranty but said it was transmission, 2nd one was all over board with what was wrong and I felt I needed another opinion, third one agreed with me it was transmission but had never done one on an Audi and didn't want to try. He referred me to Jeff's! Best referral I have ever gotten. They were great over phone, made me get some confidence back that fixing the car was a possibility under warranty! I dropped it off and within 24 hours the warranty company had sent payment to them to rebuild the transmission. They know how to deal with the bully warranty companies and do a fast thorough job. JEFFS IS SO PROFESSIONAL!!!! I had them rebuild my transmission after my mechanic had me a buy a used transmission and it was bad. not only did they have my rebuild done in 2 days but had to deal with drama from my mechanic who had my car! they were very helpful and was trying to help me get my car towed over to them so they could help me finish repairing my car!
