After a very bad misfortune with another not so honest landlord, I found Jen and Furnished Homes To Go. I was able to move in between night shifts. The place is fully furnished and fully accommodating with everything from couches to sheets to every mixer you could need. It is easy to feel at home in this apartment. The complex has everything I could need, both outdoor and indoor pools, a fitness room, close location to I-70, many hospitals, and the Cherry Creek shopping district (very cute!) Jen is easy to get ahold of and has been very accommodating with anything I've needed or questions I've had. I highly recommend Furnished Homes To Go, Jen is a great landlord and, especially for other traveling nurses etc, this house is the PERFECT answer to all those problems that short term living poses.

What made it worse was that there were three employees sitting at the desk and no other prospective residents in sight. Instead of trying to help, they made me feel like an inconvenience. That first impression told me everything I needed to know: this place is unwelcoming, and if that's how they treat people who are interested in moving in, I wouldn't want to find out how they treat their residents. They were helpful and went the extra mile by giving us United Airlines collectors cards. The United Airlines pilot training center is just across the road. - The restaurant had delicious food and large portions. - The hotel was pretty quiet overall and we slept quite well. - There is a refrigerator in the room, but no microwave. There is a microwave in the front lobby for guest use. Cons: - The hotel is located in a weird area with some shady characters walking around nearby. I wouldn't recommend walking to nearby restaurants. Instead, take your car. - My boyfriend's Dad had a few issues with his room and had to call for the engineer to hook up his television and to repair the thermostat. - There are no hotel shuttles to the airport. We used Lyft. There are taxis available but they are much more expensive. The airport is 30+ minutes away. - The restaurant staff were overwhelmed and service was slow. As a millennial, I've done my fair share of cohousing situations and I think that the way that they navigate roommate changes and repairs has been as seamless as possible. There's been a lot of odds and ends work that needed to be done on the property that I lived in and they were always prompt to send out a repair person within 24 hours of a request being sent. They would even follow up with us when we may have let a contractor slip through the cracks. I highly recommend them and all their staff has been nothing but courteous and kind. Claire was my specific point of contact and whatever they are paying her isn't enough for how hard that girl works. She doesn't miss a beat and always makes times for tenant questions or concerns. Upon initial interactions with my short term (1 month rental) the process seemed friendly enough, LOTs of emails, background check, docusigns and additional ADMIN fees not part of the original listing; just to stay in an apartment for 1 month(while I was looking for a long term place). Looking back I should have just used Airbnb to make it more seamless... Upon extension of my short term lease, I was stuck in a tough situation where I needed to make an unforeseen change to my short term lease, less than 24 hours after signing. I promptly contacted Fox Management to clearly explain and asked to make an addendum to the lease. I was met with absolutely zero flexibility, a complete lack of empathy, ignored emails, ignored phone calls, unreturned voice messages, absolute disregard for people transitioning into new living situations from Tiffany and Ross. Management cited "we're a business we have to do what is best for our business" and "we are too busy, we'll look at that later". Fox Property management touts.... "smooth, thoughtful, guest centered operations" "bringing a sense of ease, comfort, and care into every stay".... I was met with the complete opposite from the short term management team. I can wholeheartedly say that this company has zero interest in helping you have a smooth experience, and is solely operating to gouge you with extra fees and maximize their return and benefit on the already overpriced properties they manage in Boulder. Absolutely shameful. Steer clear.

And for it being a motel things were fairly quiet and convenient . I transferred to my new room in March 2019 and I love it! If there's any issues they are addressed immediately or at least within 24 hours. By 9 p.m. in the evening, it's quiet I can relax and go to bed. Management is great! They truly do care whether a guest is happy here or not. When someone moves out, they ask themselves, were they happy or not , how can we better it for the next guest?

Giving a complete review would not be fair, yet it was obvious I was not heard when stating I had all my photos and copy of the original business card requiring some verbiage change. The huge put off was a $300 slap for art work, when it was to be the same card. This could have been a case of not hearing the customer clearly on a cell phone, or possibly over eager to sell or any other common issue when speaking for the first time on a cell at the car wash. Either way, I am still searching for a great business card place whose prices are reasonable Photo below is the same photo I use for the cards, simple verbiage change not work $300 plus for simple title changes.
