Sascha really went above and beyond for our home sale by touching up some drywall damage in the peak of the pandemic (no one would come to the house) to help make sure our house sold well. Additionally, when our purchase went sideways Sascha was absolutely amazing at being aggressive yet tactful in negotiations with the seller. Sascha, you have a client for life here!

We recently listed and sold our home with Julie Richardson of BTT as realtor. This is our fifth…read morehome sale and it was by far the best transaction on every level. The white glove service offered by Julie and the entire BTT team is second to none. Their knowledge of the local real estate and the surrounding communities are above par and their suggestions for pricing and staging are more accurate than all the other realtors we interviewed. We were impressed that Brian accompanied Julie on her initial meeting with us - it shows a level of commitment not practice by many realty companies. The excellent service continued through the entire process and even after closing. I must also commend Julie for providing personal assistance to my wife when I was out of town and my wife came down with the flu. As far as I am concerned - they are unmatched in service, caring and execution.

Some of the things that we really liked in our most recent purchase and sale: - the team is incredibly responsive. When we have a question or issue, it's very quick to contact them via phone, text or email. If our primary agent is unavailable, there are a number of other folks that can jump in to help. - the team was persistent. By the time we successfully purchased our house, we had viewed 102 properties and made 12 offers. It was a very tough housing market, but Trelora stuck with us. - we could make more competitive offers with Trelora. We were saving more than 50% on the real estate commission, and we could put all that money right into our offer. Overall, we highly recommend Trelora!

Is there any way to give less than 1 star? Where do I begin…read more.. IF YOU WANT TO SELL YOUR HOME QUICKLY AND FOR THE HIGHEST PRICE POSSIBLE, listen to what I have to say. Real estate agents are motivated by one thing, and that is getting paid. With ReDefy being an up-front, or half up-front payment for their services, it gives them minimal, if any, incentive to get your home sold. Why? Because the agent is already paid. Whether or not they sell your home within days, weeks or months, it makes absolutely no difference in their paycheck. Unlike normal agencies, they do not market your property until you have paid and signed a nonrefundable contract, which then gives you no leverage in the business relationship. If at any point you want to fire/change agents from there, you would forfeit your funds or begin an ugly court battle to try and get them back. Additionally, your Redefy agent is the first point of contact with any potential buying agent/client so if your relationship has soured with them, you best expect they are putting minimal or no effort in presenting your property in good light/motivating buyers to submit strong offers immediately. Let my lesson be the one you do not have to experience. If you want to sell your home quickly and with someone that will market it to the best ability possible, choose an agency that has represented other sellers in the same neighborhood and doesn't request payment until the home is sold.

This review is for Ben Ellefson, who was the real estate agent who helped me buy my first home…read more So, like all first time homebuyers, I was scared and confused about buying a home. My manager recommended Ben, since she had worked with him to purchase her rental property. Ben and I met for coffee and just talked about me and what I like to do and what kind of person I am. From that, Ben was able to better pinpoint the kind of place I was looking for. We actually looked at my perfect house the very first day we viewing! We went viewing a second time, to look at my house again and some others that were similar, so make sure my mind was set on that one, and it was. Ben held my hand through all that mass of paperwork and helped me through an unpleasant situation with a mortgage company and got me closed and moved in for under what I was expecting to pay and got twice the house for it. I'd highly recommend Innovative Real Estate, specifically Ben Ellefson, if you're looking for a property in the Denver Metro Area. He was able to get in my head and find exactly what I wanted, when I couldn't even articulate what I was looking for. That saved a TON of time in that we didn't have to spend days on end cruising houses I wouldn't have been interested in.
