Redefy was fantastic! Always there to answer any questions. And since we had an emergency surgery due the same day as closing, Sequeeta Robinson was there right away with a perfect solution. Mobile signing. Sequeeta was professional, extremely kind and very caring. I highly recommend Redefy and Sequeeta Robinson. read more

Is there any way to give less than 1 star? Where do I begin... IF YOU WANT TO SELL YOUR HOME QUICKLY AND FOR THE HIGHEST PRICE POSSIBLE, listen to what I have to say. Real estate agents are motivated by one thing, and that is getting paid. With ReDefy being an up-front, or half up-front payment for their services, it gives them minimal, if any, incentive to get your home sold. Why? Because the agent is already paid. Whether or not they sell your home within days, weeks or months, it makes absolutely no difference in their paycheck. Unlike normal agencies, they do not market your property until you have paid and signed a nonrefundable contract, which then gives you no leverage in the business relationship. If at any point you want to fire/change agents from there, you would forfeit your funds or begin an ugly court battle to try and get them back. Additionally, your Redefy agent is the first point of contact with any potential buying agent/client so if your relationship has soured with them, you best expect they are putting minimal or no effort in presenting your property in good light/motivating buyers to submit strong offers immediately. Let my lesson be the one you do not have to experience. If you want to sell your home quickly and with someone that will market it to the best ability possible, choose an agency that has represented other sellers in the same neighborhood and doesn't request payment until the home is sold. read more

This is a great deal in certain ways. If you pay up front, you can pay a $2500 flat commission to Redefy to put your home on MLS and hold open houses. Beyond that, they're very hands off--you really won't hear from them unless you contact them. In my case, there were some important things about selling a condo that they didn't know related to FHA, which precluded the sale of the condo. Ultimately I pulled it off the market. That $2500 is good for a year, so I'll try again, perhaps, at this time next year. read more

We had the best experience with Redefy! Pam and Virginia helped us sell our current home and buy a new home. We were thrilled that our current home sold in one day for over asking price! The flat fee commission saved us thousands of dollars and is a great value. We've worked with "traditional" relators in the past, and feel like Pam and Virginia were just as professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Even though you pay less at Redefy, you don't sacrifice service! They both worked hard to get us what we wanted (for both buying and selling). Highly recommend! read more

I very much wanted to look at all my options when I was ready to sell my house- I wasn't willing to just use any realtor and pay % based commissions. I looked at all the flat fee realty firms and met/talked with all of them. I felt most comfortable with Redefy's process and structure- I felt like I knew what I was getting. As for the home sale process, it went pretty smoothly. Without a doubt, the market helped and the fact we decided to price it competitively (versus going high) contributed as well. We got 7 offers and the Contract Manager (Michelle) had it under control. I feel I got a little lucky, but Michelle got me the best price I could get. We spent a couple hours reviewing them one afternoon and came to decision. From there, it was full steam ahead- I was kept abreast of everything, discussed all the options around the inspection and appraisal issues, and never missed a deadline. Without a doubt to me, these guys are the best value you can get in real estate. read more

Pam Gromer just helped us purchase a property and she was wonderful to work with, very easy-going and funny, but also a professional. She negotiated with the seller and got us a great deal. Highly recommend! read more

Pam Gromer-Conner is WONDERFUL! She is helpful, courteous, and professional. Many realtors are too pushy and, honestly, just not up to date on trends or current markets. Not Pam! She has been doing this for over twenty years and truly knows the real estate business. Keep up the great work! We love Redefy!!! read more

John Coyne at Redefy was a fantastic broker to work with. He is calm, patient, and easy to communicate with. He was never pushy, and always made sure that my wife and I were well taken care of throughout the home buying process. He made himself available at a moment's notice, looked at many homes with us, and demonstrated genuine concern with finding us the right home. Redefy also did an amazing job of selling our home. We had the pleasure of working with Redefy's contract manager Kirstin Moore, and we couldn't have been happier with her and the process. I would highly recommend John if you are looking for an agent to sell or buy a new home with, and if you get the chance to have Kirstin handle your sale contract on the listing side, you can be assured that you are in good hands. Redefy has great people taking care of their clients, and you will be happy working with them. sincerely, Louis Lesser Aurora, CO read more

Redefy is INCREDIBLE - amazing staff, efficient and knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They made buying our first home SEAMLESS. 10/10 I would recommend them to anyone! I am so grateful we chose to work with them throughout this process (of buying our first home) - we were incredibly nervous about figuring out this whole process for the first time, but Redefy might it so incredibly simple. I am beyond appreciative for this group and what they did for us and continue to do for others! read more

Low flat fee with 5 STARS service. They are a wonderful group. I was really impressed with Virginia's Knowledge. Positive attitude and patient ( sorry for my bad English). She always responded so quickly. Redefy help me sold my house with good price. And saved a lot money. Plus: I would like to give a 5 stars to Legend title company. I would like to say thanks to Pam. Thanks for her help. House closing at 2/28. The fund ready for withdrawal the next day. Super read more

We have bought and sold several properties over the years, so we were pretty familiar with the process. And over that time, we had experienced great realtors and not-so-great realtors who were way more interested in their commissions than in our overall results. So when we were ready to sell, we talked with a neighbor who had used Redefy to list their home. They enjoyed the experience as well. Overall, we could not be more pleased with the results. Our listing agent, Cassie, was professional and thorough in getting the property listed. And our contract manager, Sequeeta, was a delight to work with. We had a challenging buyer, but Sequeeta kept assisting the other agent so we were able to close right on time. She is an experienced professional, very creative, with a terrific sense of humor that was put to the test with our buyer! The team at Redefy more than earned their fee. We recommend them highly! read more

EPIC FAILURE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We hired Redefy to represent us with our home purchase in Elizabeth CO. After we signed the contract our agent was non existent. Wouldn't return calls, texts etc. We requested multiple meetings onsite to review issues with the home and he would schedule then cancel and never re schedule. Constantly reaching out to him for help and he was totally worthless. His incompetence has cost us our earnest money, and he should not be representing people with their home purchases period. Leave that to the Realtors or experts. read more

Regarding the selling side, the flat fee is great, and dealing with different people each step of the way keeps the relationships brief. When it came to purchasing, I was stuck with Dan Merrell, who's flat out dishonest. My advice--get everything in writing. read more

You get what you pay for. They wanted our house to appeal to investors and that was fine, but they did not explain that meant conventional loans only. So we were expecting 50+ viewings like our friend's realtor was telling her was typical. Nope. we had something like 13 viewings and 2 offers versus the typical bidding war everyone else was getting. We did not sell for as much as we may have been able to. The buyer had their loan representative and realtor in the closing with them. Redefy came out late and asked if we minded they were not there. I was taken aback they would even ask and we ended up closing the deal by ourselves. Office personnel were responsive to questions and helping us understand the paperwork. If you have your own buyers and just need paperwork processed, this is a good way to go, otherwise get a regular realtor. read more

We recently used Redefy for both selling and buying a home. Their pricing structure is very good compared to traditional real estate companies. We did have some frustration with being able to view homes at times that were convenient to us though. It seemed that the agent was overbooked much of the time. read more

Great team of people who were very helpful throughout the whole process. Calls, emails and questions were all addressed promptly. We worked with Jacqueline Taylor and she was on top of everything! Definitely worth considering for your next property sale! 4 out of 5 stars because I was the one who had to initiate price changes and other marketing ideas to help it sell. read more

My husband and I purchased our home in Denver and then several months later, his job situation changed and we had to move. We decided rather than going through the hassle of renting while living 14 hours away, we wanted to get out from under it. Because we purchased our home and had to turn right around to sell it, we were looking for ways to save money. We heard about Redefy on the radio and their flat rate fee and decided to try it. Jeff helped us out in the beginning with the listing and determining a good selling price. Then Virginia took over as our realtor. They both did a fantastic job and were super responsive. As a result, we saved over $10,000 which is a lot of money for us. That money we saved, we can now use toward a down payment on a house in Arizona. This was definitely the BEST option for us. We highly recommend Redefy. read more

They are truly THE BEST!! We move a lot and have had different realtors every time with different disappointments. None here!! Amber R. was engaged, patient, responsive, honest and a master negotiator! Truly blessed to have worked with them. I can't believe how much money I saved with their flat rate! For the first time in real estate, I got beyond my money's worth with Redefy! I highly recommend them! read more

My family and I recently sold a home and purchased a new one from a builder using Redefy. Since our first home purchase was a disaster we didn't expect much from our second one. However, beginning at the beautiful photos our agent, Pam Gromer, took and culminating with her urging the builder to delay closing until the house was ready for us to move in, the service we received was both personal and professional. Thanks to Pam we also saved some money as the lender had listed the mortgage insurance twice and she caught it! We highly recommend Redefy Real Estate for any home sale or purchase - especially if you have the privilege of having Pam represent you. read more

We were very pleased with the value we got from Redefy and the two realtors we worked with. Both John and Sequeeta were knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process, and overall great people to help from start to finish. The experience exceeded expectations and the value could not be beat. Would be happy to refer them especially in the Denver market. It's a flat fee but honestly I couldn't tell a difference in terms of service from our past (full service/price)real estate experiences. Thank you. read more

Having tried to sell our home "by owner" for 4 months with limited activity, we thought we'd give Redefy a try. Complete waste of time and money! We signed the listing agreement in August 2019. They put the home on MLS, assigned me an agent in San Antonio (300 miles away), sent me a sign, sold my name to other service providers, and did nothing else. In 6 months we had no showings whatsoever. I did however find an honest traditional real estate agent who said, "Not surprising. My broker would fire me if I showed a home with a "by owner" or "non-traditional" listing." In Texas at least, the brokers seem to have have a tacit agreement not to support anything that threatens their traditional business model and precious 6%. Of course they all ask you to sign a document saying the 6% is completely "negotiable"....but is it? We finally went with a traditional broker and sold the home during the COVID virus within the initial listing period. read more

Redefy saved us about $11,000 on the seller's end. Great people to work with - Pam and Virginia were highly qualified professionals and kept the deal going to the very end. Highly recommend Redefy Real Estate if you have a house that has minimal "issues" and will go for top dollars in a sellers market. Photography was top notch. read more

The team at Redefy was absolutely flawless. As first-time homebuyers we couldn't have conceived of a better experience. We felt a clear level of direction and guidance throughout the process and something that could have been overwhelming was a great and positive experience! read more

This experience was awful and almost traumatic. Expect to have to chase down your own sales leads, consult Google to explain real estate terminology when needed, to have to ask for "someone else" to assist you because of incompetency, to have your phone calls and emails ignored and many questions left unanswered, and have your "agent" show up at your closing, only to leave after a minute or so after signing their part. Also don't forget to bring your yard sign with you to closing because they are too lazy/busy to come and get it. Absolutely unprofessional in every aspect. You might save money, but not so sure about your sanity. read more

We signed a contract with redefy in August of 2019 to sell our home with the understanding that we had to find a home we wanted to buy first, then sell. Well finally now October 2020 we decided that after looking at probably 75 or so homes and not finding what we we're looking for, to stay in our home and refinance. I called the agent Miguel to request our $2500 back to which he replied much to my suprise, non refundable. Now in contract it does say as such, but he wizzed right through that, never verbally mentioned it, and with the overwhelming amount of paperwork involved my Wife and I didn't notice, yes if you read everything you will see, but Miguel of course never verbally mentioned it, so to me sneaky and rotten, because I would have stopped the process then. As far as personal service, not really, almost every house we physically saw we found ourselves on Zillow, Redfin, and Trulia. We told Miguel of our criteria for new home purchase but apparently wasn't creative enough or didn't care, but me thinks a combination of both, but he never come up with anything, for the most part and definitely nothing close to our criteria. Now I know why he already got paid even though we could never come close to selling and maybe if he would have worked at a more custom type of search, ( which we asked for repeatedly) we could have found a home to our liking, and been able to sell. Everything he sent us as far as homes for sale, we had already seen. So we're out $2500 and they don't care! sneaky and very underhanded, also if you're looking for an agent that bends over backwards for you to see a home look elsewhere, Beware. read more

This was my first time selling a home (the first one I've ever bought) - John and Virginia were wonderful with my questions and requests for a quick and easy sale. Everything wound up about as perfectly as it could have, even closing within a few weeks before I moved state. I would definitely use Redefy in the future for my real estate needs! read more

The Redefy process works very well. They say it is true "full service", but it's obviously not really (that is why it is much cheaper). We used them to sell our house, and saved almost 20K on the commissions (it was a 750K house). We had to chase some things down, didn't always get return calls, etc - but the savings were well worth the frustration for us. read more

Happy with the results of hiring redefy. Kira Wohge did a great job, and our condo sold at asking price in about month and a half. (Would have taken less time, but did not bother with staging or fixing every superficial distraction.) As a first time home seller, the well organized workflow for the selling process made it easier to manage. Thanks redefy. (As always you will have best results by sticking to your interests and patience and not always listening to prospective buyers not yet attuned to the Denver market reality. No big secret that realtors in general take longer on average to sell their own houses to get the best returns. we did tell two low ballers in this market to take a hike. 295, hah! Neeneerneener ;) read more

Just terminated my listing agreement with them. Rude, incompetent and unprofessional. Flat fee but certainly NOT full service. The agent I worked with was extremely rude. Instead of being supportive and giving guidance she raised her voice on numerous occasions. I wasted 2 months of prime selling time with this company. NEVER again. Many of my questions were left unanswered and I had to do my own advertising as well as writing the MLS listing copy. Even provided my own pictures. The managing broker whom I contacted to solve some of the problems made things worse instead of mediating and helping. read more

Recently sold our home in Highlands Ranch with Redefy. Pam Gromer was great and we would highly recommend her. She advertised our home thoroughly and we had 7 showings the first day, 10 more the next and had two offers for above asking price within 48 hours of going into the MLS. She had great communication with us and offered guidance through the entire process. She also has a great relationship with other agents and lenders in Denver which gave us an advantage in this crazy market to get the home we wanted when it came time to buy. We were hesitant to use a non traditional model when selling our house but the appeal of a $2500 flat fee for selling was so great that we gave redefy a call. I'm so glad we did! Justin Hawkins was the agent who came to our house and thoroughly explained the redefy model and the selling process. He was very upfront and honest during our conversation and by the time he left our house, we knew we wanted to move forward with redefy. Justin came out a second time to take pics of our house, gather general info, etc and soon thereafter our house was listed on the MLS and all the popular realty websites. Within a couple weeks, our house was under contract and our contract manager at redefy took care of all the details. We recently closed on that house and paid redefy $2500. Had we gone with a traditional realtor, we would have paid over $10,000 in listing agent commission. We saved at least $7500! Today, everyone uses the Internet to look for houses, making the redefy model a no-brainer. We also used Justin Hawkins (7205074303) as our realtor to buy our new home and he was great! read more

I used Redefy to sell my townhome in Lone Tree. Their team of Tracy Marley and Kirstin Moore were great to work with, both very competent and professional. My home sold in three weeks; the contracting and closing process went very smoothly and seamlessly. I would highly recommend Redefy and especially Tracy and Kirstin - thank you both for a job well done! read more

Our agent John Coyne was not helpful.and made the process close to impossible. He was extremely rude. Unavailable and never found us houses. I found every home we were interested in or offered to buy. He was never available even though we were in a short time frame. He didn't care at all about what we were interested in. He always had a nasty attitude and ruined three deals all on his own so we lost houses we actually loved. My husband and I were beyond frustrated but had to use him because family was helping with the purchase and wanted him even though they admitted he was basically useless. I contacted many other agents and all said this guy sounds like the worst! He had no basic knowledge of anything in a home. He had zero knowledge of the area we were looking and he never, not once asked us what we were looking for. He has some huge ego for a guy that basically doesn't do his job at all. He was never available and never showed up for anything such as an inspection. He truly needs to be fired. He cost us THREE dream houses because he just didn't care and messed up the entire deal three times. On his own. He was also caught in a lot of lies. Do not waste your time on this guy. read more
