Let me tell you a story. I went on Thumbtack to find a wedding photographer. I set the date wrong for my event. In fact I set the date for that very day! Jeff called me right away and asked if I needed him at 10:30 (in an hour and a half). He said he was willing and able to help! I cleared up the mistake, but never forgot this kindness.
