My manager was extremely rude in response to an inquiry made by the HOA in my neighborhood. He also presented my tenant with an 11-month lease ending on December 31 and lied to my tenant saying it was my request. It was absolutely not my request. Ending an lease in the middle of the holiday season is ridiculous. In the aftermath of my ending my business relationship with Property Alliance on August 31, 2025, I have made repeated phone calls to obtain a copy of the lease, keys to my property and the 1099 Misc for the 2025 tax year. I have received nothing to date, so I changed the locks at the house, wrote a new lease and will calculate my own data for tax purposes. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Listed 1 of my properties for 4 months with the wrong phone number, so of course it was never rented even though Zillow alone had 59 contact (to the wrong phone number). They never answer the phone! They don't apologize for any of their wrongdoings. Told me it was being rented, only to find out weeks later the property manager was fired and there was no information on whether it was rented or not. Now they will not remove the listing off the MLS. Lost out on over $12,000 in rental income. Total negligence!!! On top of that, I had a 2nd property to list. It took them over 2 weeks to come take photos, didn't show up multiple times after I drove over an hour to wait for them to show up. It then took them almost 3 weeks to list it on the market after the photos were finally taken. Once we got the photos and it was listed-they were the absolute worst quality that looked like they were taken by a child.

Attached pictures all taken the next morning 2-6-23 Sunday a.m because when they said they were "finished" it was dusk. So, difficult to see. Note: I have been a 1 person house cleaner in the past for 15 years when my children were young and know what is expected. We requested a "deep clean up front" but received a substandard clean!
