Benjamin is the most nicest and respectful property manger by far. He got my boyfriend and I an apartment that we both absolutely love. and every time i call him with with an issue he is very quick to respond and gets the issue handled right away. I love having him as a property manager he's the best by far and I've felt with plenty property managers but none compare to Benjamin he is very passionate about his job and his tenants. He values everyone of us and makes sure he does his best to make sure we are all happy. I will never rent from another property manager unless it's Benjamin. if I could give a 100 stars I so would. keep up the great work Benjamin. oh and his maintenance tech Lisa is outstanding also she definitely knows her stuff and it's nice have a female as a maintenance tech shes very respectful and nice and she even cleans up after herself unlike most guy techs. way to go you guys. read more

I am an owner of a single family home and contracted with Property Alliance to manage the property. What a mistake! My manager was extremely rude in response to an inquiry made by the HOA in my neighborhood. He also presented my tenant with an 11-month lease ending on December 31 and lied to my tenant saying it was my request. It was absolutely not my request. Ending an lease in the middle of the holiday season is ridiculous. In the aftermath of my ending my business relationship with Property Alliance on August 31, 2025, I have made repeated phone calls to obtain a copy of the lease, keys to my property and the 1099 Misc for the 2025 tax year. I have received nothing to date, so I changed the locks at the house, wrote a new lease and will calculate my own data for tax purposes. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! read more

As an owner of 14 other rental properties, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXERIENCE EVER! DO NOT USE them to manage your property! Listed 1 of my properties for 4 months with the wrong phone number, so of course it was never rented even though Zillow alone had 59 contact (to the wrong phone number). They never answer the phone! They don't apologize for any of their wrongdoings. Told me it was being rented, only to find out weeks later the property manager was fired and there was no information on whether it was rented or not. Now they will not remove the listing off the MLS. Lost out on over $12,000 in rental income. Total negligence!!! On top of that, I had a 2nd property to list. It took them over 2 weeks to come take photos, didn't show up multiple times after I drove over an hour to wait for them to show up. It then took them almost 3 weeks to list it on the market after the photos were finally taken. Once we got the photos and it was listed-they were the absolute worst quality that looked like they were taken by a child. read more

We own 1 property & live out of state so we used them to manage while living elsewhere. Their communication is so bad. I literally need to ask them for any info on the property. Then come to find out my tenant is leaving early. Was I told this? No. They're really great at communicating when they're owned money. but that's it. read more

I talked to a property manager named Benjamin and he was the nicest and most professional manager I have talked to since I started renting 10 years ago now. My unit has been infested with roaches for over a year, the front window is broken, there are water leaks in the crawl space and the kitchen sink backs up weekly. Property Alliance has been negligent with my work orders to say the least, so much so that I had to get the City of Denver involved. They are now getting violations and fines from the inspector because of their inability to resolve work orders in a timely manner. They have also made and lost 4 keys to my unit. I have spoken to everyone on their team about the inhabitability issues but am still experiencing unlivable conditions. No one seems to keep track of anything so I am constantly starting over every time I contact them. I strongly advise against renting any property from this company. They are not capable of managing or resolving any issues you may have. They will now be answering to me in court and paying fines to the City of Denver. read more

The main thing that I need in a property manager is communication, as I've had a few property managers at DRG/Propalliance who either put me off or didn't respond at all. Property alliance is the most unprofessional property management company I have ever worked with. Jeff and Scott both are the worst in accomplishing anything you may need. With 4 kids, we waited 3 MONTHS to get our toilet and drains fixed. After getting irritated that it was still not done, they said it "slipped Thru the cracks" and continued to cuss me out over the phone at 8am. All for wanting a job done correctly. Jeff proceeded to harass our family, showed up WASTED in front of my children, falling and drooling all over himself. We had already requested him not coming back to the property. We reached out to Scott with our concerns and he laughed. We reached out to Todd and he also disregarded our wishes to keep Jeff and Scott away from our property. On top of that, they charged us for problems we never caused, were very unprofessional with myself and my husband across the board, and when we moved out, we left the home in perfect condition, had cleaners & a professional carpet cleaner with receipts to show. They went ahead and charged us AGAIN for both cleaners and another carpet cleaner just to top off their idiotic ways. Todd was no help. Jeff is a joke and I'm sure Scott and Jeff will live happily ever after up each other's butts. This company sucks and I can't wait until it crashes and burns. I hope they all fail in everything they do because during times like these already, they don't deserve anything good. You guys can suck it. read more

Hats off to this team, I had a dislodge dryer vent in my wall that was a little concerning. Kathleen King and Christopher Smith had a tech to my house the very next day. The techs name was Brett, he didn't outstanding job was very professional courteous and understanding to our situation . The issue itself was resolved in the extremely timely manner as usual . On previous occasions another tech named Joe had come out to assess some situations and just like with Brett are issues were taken care of rapidly. This team is new as they were taken over by another company typically it takes some time for things to fall into place but with leaders like Todd and Scott everything immediately fell into place without skipping a Beat . At every turn this team has never failed to surprise our family with the level of professionalism and knowledge that they have . Scott Sharkey, the manager is completely unprofessional. The way the guy talked to my wife is worthy of a beating. He also has a guy named Jeff managing the properties and he showed up so drunk he could barely stand. He fell in front on my children. Literally while I had company over at the home we were renting. We told Scott about it and he told us basically to f*** off. We submitted multiple complaints and he never helped us one bit or gave us any type of reassurance. They also made deals with us that certain things would be fixed or updated if we signed a lease. These deals were never followed through. We ended up paying to break our lease early. They charged us for a whole month of water after we ended the lease. We made maintenance requests on the air conditioner, which the tech informed us to have a "safety check" because he felt that the unit was unsafe for the family. The wood on the deck was rotting and I almost fell through. They only fixed the area that caved in. We had issues with the dishwasher. They billed us for that. We had issues with plumbing. They billed us for that. Jeff cursed my wife out for bringing these issues up. We went to Scott for help and he told us we probably deserved it. I hope both of them die a slow death. Property Alliance should burn to the ground. I tried reaching out to the owner of the property and Scott intercepted the msg and said nice try. I feel bad for anyone renting or allowing them to manage their property. Just remember the names Scott Sharkey and his sidekick Jeff. I still have not received my deposit back and we are talking to a lawyer for harassment and unsafe living conditions. read more

There's not a "0" TO RATE THEM, so a one star is worst. Most likely the 5,4,3,2, and 1 rating have been paid. Like the BBB you can pay $100 plus a year to get a 1 rating or have kin folks lie for you. WELL FOLKS THIS IS NO LIE. This is the worst company you ever want to sign a contract with. I had thought about waiting to the lease agreement ended but decided now is the best time. There is nothing worse than an A..h.. like SCOTT to quickly send a message like " if you don't like the lease than get the "F" out, this was not in the lease, etc. and you know the rest of the smart "A" bull... By the way the lease is about to end. Moved into one of their property that was built in the 1960's with old steel crank windows with razor glass that COMPLETELY ICE UP during winter. YOU HAVE PLACE TOWELS around them to absolve the dripping water once they thaw out. BE PREPARED to pay XCEL some extra $$$$. The summer time are the reverse. The heat from the windows is oven hot. You would be better off setting outside under a "F" three with a fan. You could say 90 degrees in the shade. By the way he has made it clear that the windows WILL NOT BE REPLACED. During the Summer you are going to have insects crawling inside and outside. Scott reply was "YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR OWN EXTERMINATOR." You have an OLD STEEL BATHTUB than the coating is coming off. SCOTT REPLY "GET A BIGGER BATH MATH." The gas meter roar with loud noises outside the basement bedroom and XCEL had to be called. During the XCEL visit the technician discovered a GAS LEAK. Yep, had been living with a gas leak with a toddler. SCOTT and his crew decided to get "F" pissed because they had not been contacted. I was without hot water for FIVE DAY'S. I had to get the governor's office involved. ANYONE KNOWS THAT THIS IS ILLEGAL BY STATE LAW. After five days Scott sent an email saying "WE WILL OFFER A HOTEL VOUCHER FOR "ONE NIGHT STAY, SO YOU CAN GET A HOT SHOWER." Do your math what the "F" IS ONE DAY HOTBATH AFTER FIVE DAYS? The story continues...He wanted to impartment TERMS on the lease that had not been signed when the SOB gets pissed! You have cats that will shit all around the house. Instead of taking care of the issue they place "F" rocks in their shit places. ADVISE TO ANYONE DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY. read more

I own several rental properties, including one in Aurora Colorado, and have worked with some property managers over the years. I live in California so I decided to find a peppery manager for my rental property in Aurora. I went online and found Property Alliance in Aurora and spoke with a man named Scott Sharky who introduced himself as a property manager and the owner of Property Alliance. We discussed my rental property's situation and I agreed to hire him. I flew to Colorado and met with him at the property. His appearance was not very assuring at first but after talking to him about the details, he gave me the management agreement forms that he had prepared ahead of time, and we agreed on the terms, and we decided to meet the next morning to sign the papers. The next morning he did not show up and I received an email telling me that he is too busy to manage my property and that he is sorry! I was angry and happy at the same time. Angry because of all the time and money I spent going to Colorado to meet this man and found out that unlike his fancy website, he is an unprofessional one-man-band without much integrity, but I also was happy that I cut my loses short and did not leave my property in the hands of this man.
