A service doesn't keep its word, disregards customers' time, and displays such disrespect with zero hesitation is not recommended. read more

I have been going here for years and have had several people cut my hair during that time. Today was the worst haircut ever! The woman who cut my hair used a clipper on the back to "chop" instead of using scissors and never sectioned the hair before starting or even wet my hair, who does this?!!! Needless to say my hair is uneven all over and too short! Never go in as a walk in. I walked in and waited 30 minutes before they offered to check me in. Even then, they couldn't estimate when they could fit me in. I understand being booked, but don't let someone wait 30 minutes just to turn them away. Especially if you have signs on your door and website that say walk ins welcome. read more

My hair is uneven... I came in to get a 1/4 inch off my hair, I left with the right side longer than the other. Ugh! I didn't think it would be that bad because it was only 1/4 inch, boy was I wrong. I also got my eyebrows done...big mistake, they are way too thin now! That night shift must've got the best of me. I will not be going there again, no matter how Tired I am. read more

I had a cut, color and blow dry by Angie about 6 wks ago. Fabulous! I was very pleased with the outcome. Early this week I decided to get it trimmed and called to see if Angie was available; unfortunately it was her day off but the stylist who answered the phone said that she would see me if I wanted to come in for a trim right then. I figured how difficult could that be? I should have waited for Angie but decided that, since I had the time, I would just pop in for the trim. Terrible mistake! Even with showing the stylist the photo that Angie had worked from she gave me the worst haircut. She kept facing me away from the mirror while cutting and when I finally saw the cut I wanted to cry! It was way too short and cut unevenly. The stylist (using the term loosely) told me she couldn't give me the cut in the photo because my hair was too short (it hadn't been until she chopped 2" off) and that the style didn't suit me. I will not name her; maybe she just had a bad day; but I certainly will not recommend her. I will recommend Angie and use her as my go-to stylist. read more

Terrible! I should have known when I walked in. They thought I was someone who had already been there earlier and acted like oh why you back again. Never been there before in my life and will never go back! I showed a picture for side swoopy bangs and the lady just straight up cut across on the one side of my part. I tried to show her another picture of what I was going for and she just butchered them shorter. I asked for layers and a face frame and got absolutely no face dean and it looks like she forgot to cut the left front of my hair. It looks like I have two different haircuts in the front. I should have known I was better off spending the extra money to get a decent haircut instead of trying to cut corners and cheap out. I would not recommend women who have long hair get their haircut here. read more

I went to Supercuts in Wyckoff today with my 6 year old son & had a wonderful experience! I have to tell you, I was a bit hesitant because I was looking for a very particular haircut for myself, & even sitting in the chair I kept thinking that even if I didn't like it I would reach out to a friend to get it fixed. Well, was I pleasantly surprised at how wonderful my haircut was!!!! Angie, the hairdresser, was phenomenal! She did EXACTLY what I showed her that I wanted!!! I couldn't be happier! She also did an amazing job on my sons hair!!! As we were leaving my 6 year old told me for his next haircut he wanted to go back to Angie! The owner was very nice & very friendly & followed all covid protocol! Great job Supercuts of Wyckoff!!! read more

The few negative reviews that were left have nothing to do with how they cut hair, only that the employees didn't know how to operate the computer system; it's a new location, give them a break. These people are so friendly, professional and skilled. They cut my hair as well as my two kids - one of whom has autism, and is not easy to say the least. I give them 5 stars hands down. Im not one to complain but I got my account just for this. Place was dirty and staff was not friendly. They hung up on me when i tried to call. When I came in i was seated right away but they were not listening to what I wanted at all and butchered me haircut i needed for an important meeting. I went to the nearby sport clips in my town to get them to fix it and had to spend an extra 20$. Ive been going to supercuts all over the country for years and never had a problem like this. I found out that sport clips are all over and even though they are a couple bucks extra its worth it. read more

My son and I both come here and we always leave happy. Everyone is always very nice and we've always had great cuts. We were just there today to get my son a long overdue cut. I believe there are new owners, and the gentleman who checked us in was very nice. After a short 5 - 10 minute wait they took my son, and with very vague instructions on our part gave him a great cut. We asked for some recommendations for a good dandruff shampoo for him and something for my frizzy hair, and they were very helpful plus the prices were good. We will definitely be back. read more
