Then things lined up and I made the appointment . Sadly one of my dogs ended up passing away today and I almost canceled but something pushed me to go and I am so happy. Upon walking in I was greeted by the nicest man behind the desk he knew who I was right away and offered me a beverage and made me comfortable. I waited less than 5 minutes and met Pauline the owner who made me feel like a rock star and so welcome. She consulted with me and actually listened. Any doubt I had was wiped away, I than was taken to be shampooed (by the same gentleman from desk) and had the most amazing hot towel: head massage and shampoo ever. I wanted to melt in the chair. My haircut was amazing . She took her time and showed me exactly what she was doing and explained to me. I wasn't nervous at all and knew I was in great hands, I am beyond thrilled with my new look. I honestly am So grateful I met this team. The whole staff was wonderful. I didn't want to leave. I also want to add how much they do for rescue animals . I was floored.
