I got Keratin done by Emily because Vinny my usual wasn't available, and I am soooo pleased with the job she did on it!!! She flat ironed it so well. To be clear, the hairdresser has to be careful to shape the flat iron right or the bangs and sides just hang like wet noodles. Emily did my bangs and crown perfectly so that it is flat but has lift and isn't straight but flat. Listen IYKYK. And if you do, you know then this is BIG! So five stars to Emily who also has great cutting skills.

After 5 years of going to the same person, things had changed in life and I found christa through social media. I knew what I wanted and wanted done by her. I also paid at the appointment so two charges for the same day for one blowout processed on my credit card. I called 4 days later once I noticed and was told a manager wasn't onsite but they'd leave my name and number for the following day. That was 5 days ago and I haven't heard back or recieved a refund. I called again and was told the same thing about a manager not being a site and taking my name and number. Disputed the charge with my bank which is now an unnecessary long process because this place couldn't take 5 minutes to make it right.

I Went there for a dry hair style (curls) for an occasion where we were taking pictures. I have A LOT A LOT of hair. Like every hair stylist/ hair cutter has commented on how much hair and volume I have. Not more than 45 min after my appointment I left looking greasy (it's very hard for that to even happen to me, but I guess the products they use look greasy) And my curls were gone, my hair looked stringy and flat. Not sure what tools they use but they aren't professional I couldn't even believe how flat and gross it looked (it looked dirty). I was there for an hour and a half, and mind you I went in with dry hair not wet. I had to completely start over to fix it. I called them back 3 days ago. The manager there, Karina felt that I wasn't worth her time to get back to me. She left me an initial voicemail and told me she was free to talk to me all day Friday and every time I called the front desk girls would say oh she'll call you at this time and then she never would. I also asked for them to get her so that we could speak for 1-2 minutes. She refused because she was "too busy." I finally got a call back from a manager at another location From Eileen. I asked them for a refund since what they did to my hair was atrocious. They keep giving me the run around and even asked me to come back another time ( NO THANK YOU! ). Has anyone else had an experience like this there? I just can't believe how disrespectful they are there and also how awful my hair looked. Spread the word so this doesn't happen to you. I even went to look at reviews and I'm not the only one this had happened to. Looked like 10 other women had just around the same experience as mine. With how expensive things are these days I feel that it's unacceptable. Also kindness go ways further than rudeness. Eileen called me back with a very fake nice persona telling me that I won't be getting a refund and that I can come in and they will do my hair again. HA! no thanks! I don't think I will be ever wasting my time at that place ever again. Spare yourself! Go somewhere else!

I love how open and spaced out everything was. It was very refreshing to have a peaceful experience when everything else in the world is so hectic! My stylist was Casey. I can not recommend Casey enough. After 6 months of distressed quarantine hair, it was time for a change. She was so careful to listen to exactly what I wanted and used that information to recommend and create the perfect color combination. Blonde hair is very tough to perfect and also do so in a "healthy" way. She nailed it on the head (literally!) I was comfortable enough to tell her what I want and trusted her judgement when guiding me in the right direction.
