I came to her with two giant balls of matted tangled hair and she never stopped for 3.5 hours until every knot was out! She is state-certified and had the skills and products to massage out any knot. When the knot is impossibly wound up she knows how to make keen incisions with scissors to remove the tight balls of mats. In total I spent 5 hours with her 3.5 for the detangling service of severely matted and unhealthy hair and the remaining 1.5 hours getting a dye job, blow out, and trim. I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO CHOP EVERYTHING OFF BUT BECAUSE OF GLORIA I HAVE MY LONG HAIR BACK AND BEAUTIFUL! I CANNOT THANK HER ENOUGH! ¡Gloria me salvó el pelo! I'm also half Asian, so my hair is naturally very flat and lifeless.
