Not only did they ruin my daughter's hair, but Kelly made the situation much worse. My mother-in-law spoke with her. They agreed to have my daughter go in at 3:30 to get my daughter's hair fix. Kelly confirmed with my mother-in-law more than once. When 3:30 came my mother-in-law took my daughter in and sure enough Kelly was not there. Neither was a manager. There was only one person working there who couldn't take in my daughter because he was fully booked with appointments till seven. I explained that I wanted to blend my currently colored hair to my natural darker hair with gray. Well, I'm on my way to that now and would feel positive to ask for Libni again. I felt the price was reasonable and her enjoyable personality was a spirit lifter compared to some snarky businesses or individuals I've sometimes dealt with. I've had decent cuts here before but Friday I went in and asked for a 2-inch all over trim and it's the worst haircut I've ever had. My right side is longer than my left, my front is longer than my back, the layers weren't touched at all, and my hair is blunt in the back. No blending at all. I didn't know how bad it was until I got home and blowdried and straightened it. I don't remember the name of the girl and I don't want to go back in because I don't want anyone else to make it worse. read more

I hate to be the first to review this place and give one star, but..... I just got the worst haircut of my 35 year life. I have had Carol cut my hair before and she does a great job, this time Joey cut my hair. Not only was this the worst haircut I have had, it was also the longest! My hair is barely 2 inches when it is long! I have had amazing haircuts that take 10 minutes, Joey took 35-40 minutes and had no idea what he was doing. I felt bad for the guy but he should not be cutting hair. Sorry Carol I probably won't be returning to this location. I have a near bald spot on the back left side of my head, I portion of the top that didnt even get cut, half of my head with texture... I am not happy AT ALL. All I wanted to do was get out of the chair and leave. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EDIT: Carol, the manager contacted me about my experience and did everything in her power to rectify the situation. The lady who greeted me was very nice, but I am not very happy with the outcome. I told the lady what I wanted done with my hair and she did the exact opposite. I just wanted a trim because I like my hair long, but she ended up taking three inches off and now my hair is to my shoulders! Also, I did not want a lot of layers and she sure did the opposite of that too! I can't keep my hair up in a braid or anything because all the layers stick out and it's too short.
